Hello!
I like your theme but i have some preorder questions.
1. Does the theme support all other plugins for example Product Input Fields? 2. Is the theme GDPR ready or supports other form plugins that support it? 3. Are header, footer and other page elements customizable (layout, color, fonts)? And can you make your own components with your drag and drop builder.

Thanks for your interest in our theme.
1. There are thousands of plugins available for download. It is simply impossible to test them all. If you run into any issues configuring and using the Product Input Fields plugin, our team will help you fixing the bugs.
2. You need to install a GDPR plugin separately. The theme doesn’t have this functionality built-in.
3. You can change the layout (using the bundled Page Builder plugin), colors, fonts and backgrounds directly in the Theme Options area. Building custom components is also doable but it will require custom coding.

So if i understand correctly, making a component and styling it with Visual composer drag&drop is not possible? But i can use 200+ free template blocks, add them to any page and customize them freely?
Also, what does it mean the site is not high resolution?

Making a component for Visual Composer is possible and our support team can guide you to do it, but it requires coding skills. If you can’t do it on your own you can hire a professional developer to help you with it.
You can use over 200 pre-designed template blocks and place them anywhere onto your site.
The theme is high resolution, but you need to upload your images double in size for retina screens.

I like to drop the embedded google-fonts, because it´s shitty and slow to have them loaded from them online. How to do?

Please follow the steps below:
1. Head to Dashboard > LeadEngine > Theme Options > Typography > select a non-Google font like Arial and save your settings.
2. Manually edit the wp-content/themes/leadengine/core/init.php and remove all Google fonts references. There is only one function which needs to be removed – keydesign_default_fonts_url
3. Follow the steps presented in our docs to install a custom web font.

If you’re trying to change the row background images, head to Dashboard > Pages > locate the page which needs editing > open the row Settings panel > switch to the Design Options tab > locate the background image box > remove the image and replace it with your own.

This theme actually have WPBakery Plugin 5.6, which doesn’t support PHP 7.3. There is newer version 5.7 with support for the newest PHP 7.3. If theme will be updated and when it will be done?

Alert box works fine with our demo install. Please check your install for any JS errors and fix them.
A new theme update will be coming very soon. Our developers are already working on it.
What WPB do you have on your demo install?! All alert boxes do not work properly! We are not able to close them!

Great theme, been using it for our landing pages. Question for you…I really love your content blocks. Can those be used within another theme? (a theme other than yours?) I have one site in particular that I would love to use them on but it’s a lot of effort to completely re-theme. Please advise if this is possible. Thank you!!

When using mobile safari on iOS, menu links do not work and therefore users are unable to navigate to the required page. Links work fine in chrome however.

The support has recently expired. However your own demo theme has the exact same issue (https://www.leadengine-wp.com/) so I’d say it’s more of a widespread bug that needs fixing. No page links in the menu work at all.

I have spent a lot of time for testing different version of theme and plugins. Product slider doesnt work properly. I ve installed main product picture and 3 picture for product slider under the main picture. 3 picture after downloaded stay in blur quality – very strange because the same functionality in old theme version with old plugins work great in that page… could you help me and fix that problem. Picture from product gallery shows normal if you set as product main picture – go to -shop page-category page – after that go to the product – there for if your opened before sliders picture in the product slider you have to see normal pic condition… last version theme 1.7 have that ptoblems! Old ver 1.4 work with that feature perfect!!!
And the main question is why it works in safari browser but doesnt work in chrome firefox. The second problem is IE 11 can’t work with menu (when you try to click on any point of menu the menu tab disapears I know about sopport expiration but that a real bug of theme not only my opinion or need help ( please understand me correctly. thanks

Thanks for writing in! We really appreciate relevant feedback. We are really sorry about the issues you are experiencing, but the theme should not behave as you’ve described.
There are a few differences between v1.4 and v1.7 but it should not affect WooCommerce product pictures. Please note that you can adjust the image sizes in the Customizer panel.
We’ve tested the dropdown menus using IE 11 and IE Edge and we have no issues. We’ll need to do a further investigation directly on your website. Can you please submit a support ticket here, including your question, site link and WP login details? We’ll take a look at what causes that problem.
