Hi! Wordfence suddenly marked out five files as malicious, all in different folders from freshface and the theme Ark. How do I know if they are ok or actually really malicious? Anyone else had this problem?

The tnvivfzy.php looks like a malicious file just from it’s strange filename, so I think your server has been compromised and is infected will malicious files like this. This usually happens on mass scale if you use some 3rd party plugins and do not update it for a very long time. Ask your hosting provider if they have a backup of your disk before the possible breach happened and try to rollback to it – that is usually the simplest solution. Then update all plugins to newer versions etc.

@krue, the theme is not compatible with php 7.3 . I’ve wanted to buy it but when i’ve test it, it fail on deburg mode!

Hi Your demo import system is very bad, I am trying to just import Trading Company demo and it look is on the main demo, I need now to download all main demo where I just need Trading Company, why you do not have each demo separate?

The main demo was created in one bundle and it shares a lot of dependencies. So even though we would really love to split it and we have already spent 10+ hours trying to do it, it is not possible.
How problematic is this thing for you? Because you can import the demo as a whole and then delete all pages except the ones you would like to use.

deleting 200 pages that I do not need? that is time wasted. no other premium theme do that, and you can split the demos, it just you do not want to do, you deserve 1 star for this.

Deleting unwanted pages is actually very simple, please visit Screen Options in the top right corner, input 999 into “How many pages to show” option, then click the top checkbox to select all 200 pages, then unselect those pages you wish to keep and then do a bulk delete.

Hello, I purchased this theme quiet some time ago. I’ve been very pleased with the capabilities the theme has to offer. However, I’m having a big issue now, all the time I upload an image, it does not show the quality of the image. It shows a very degraded quality. How do you suggest we improve our Page Speed with The Ark Theme? We’re already on a fast VPS host, turned on all your performance options and eliminated all unnecessary plugins, yet we’re still getting really bad page speed scores. In previous comments you’ve suggested we can get a perfect 100 page speed with The Ark theme, but it doesn’t look possible. Please help!

Page speed optimisation is a complex process, which requires a lot of time and know-how. If you do not have the know-how, then you won’t be able to achieve the 100 page speed score, but this is not relate to Ark theme rather to your skillset. You have 2 options here:
A.) there are plenty of great tutorials about speed optimisation
B.) You can hire us and we can assist you here. Since it takes us usually 8 – 12 hours to optimise the site, the usual price is around $600.

We’ve already done the typical speed optimizations and we’re still not at a good page speed at all. It’s pretty upsetting because you’ve said multiple times in this forum that it’s “easy to get a 99 on Google Page Insights”, however it’s not looking like that’s the case. Can you provide some ways the public can make The Ark Theme a faster theme?
And if we hired you, you said it would take 8-12 hours. What would you be working on, and would the edits be lost when new Ark Theme updates come out?

I would love to assist you with some tips, but it would just be repeating things which could be found online. You can go through the google pagespeed hints and there are plenty of articles about each point.
