It’s been more than 3 days that I have submitted support ticket and it has not been assigned and replied. How long should I wait for a respond for the support?

Issue: A candidate has submitted their resume, all of the user’s information is displayed in the back-end dashboard, but when it’s published and viewed on the front-end the candidate resume page is blank. The social media links, contact button, bookmark button, education, employment, description are all missing on the front-end.

I have consulted the documentation.

I have not configured any ‘Resume Visibility’ rules or capabilities. I want all resumes to be viewed publicly.

Hey Rob,

I can trace your ticket on this issue. We will check on it and get back to you soon enough.

Thanks for your understanding.

Job Type is not showing on one of my listings. I have deactivated ALL plugins except wp-job manager. I have even deleted the post and done it again yet still no job type showing. please look into this as I guess the last theme update has left a problem. Please also note that it does not happen on every post. Oh and please do not ask me to contact support. We paid for support but as you know you have neglected to provide any for the best part of the last 3 months so i think we are due something back.

Hey there,

Our themes are now fully supported. I will be very glad to assist you in any query if upon submitting a ticket. It’s quite difficult on our end to troubleshoot such an issue within such a forum. We would need quite a clear view on the exact issue as the Job Type works quite well on our end.

Hi.

I emailed wp job manager support a few weeks ago asking them if the problem was caused by them. They took a week to reply and said no it was not due to any of their updates and to contact the theme developers.

A few days ago they released an update in which the addressed the problem so i guess it was caused by them after all.

= 1.32.2 =
  • Fix: Issue saving job types for job listings in WordPress admin after WordPress 5.1 update.

Hey there,

Thanks for the update.

Please feel free to reach out in case you have any questions or queries on the theme.

Hi

When any candidate edit their resume and save, still it shows the notice like “Leave Sites? Changes you made may not saved”

http://prntscr.com/mni7wz

Its not redirect to Manage resume nor any pages link, although we have seen the changes have been taken effect on sites. When we have contacted with WP Job Manager, they told us that there might be conflict between theme and WP Job Manager.

Please look after this matter, because it’s looks our site unprofessional.

Waiting for your reply and kind help!!

Shuvashish

Hi,

We are launching a startup and your theme comes close to what we want.

- However the jobboard should only be accesible for candidates with a login. - Placing a job is cost free and can only be done by employers - Can i have back-end login to check how it works from the admin?

Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out.

At this time we do not offer back-end access to our demos.

Placing a job is by default free. As a quick overview, though, by default, the theme is setup so that all candidates and job postings are visible.

You can also further limit access to pages on the menu using the Nav menu Roles plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-roles/

This plugin will allow you to hide elements from the menu bar to certain roles.

The theme does not handle any of the permissions on the site. The WP Resume manager plugin has some permission settings that you may want to look into: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/resume-manager/

For more help with this plugin, please do contact the plugin authors: https://wpjobmanager.com/support/

Hi, We’re building a job site for fill-in part timers only who can take shifts that suddenly become available due to someone being sick, car trouble, etc.

So, obviously, we need a “calendar” view of the temp jobs to show on the job board, in addition to the standard “list” views”. Can we do this on this them? Or is there a plugin you would recommend that is compatible with WPJM? Or if we have to build this as custom, any advice on what NOT TO DO, due to structure of WPJM?

Hey there,

In this case, your question here relates to the plugin WP Job Manager and the question would need to be answered by the WP Job Manager developers as they have in-depth knowledge of the plugin and it’s features. The theme “Jobify” provides the styling for your website and does not handle any of the features such as calendar view based on a job availability.

If you have questions regarding the plugin please direct them to the developers of that plugin so they can assist you. Support for that plugin is provided in the following places:

WP Job Manager Add-on Plugins Support: https://wpjobmanager.com/support/

WP Job Manager WordPress.org Support: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-job-manager

heyy, I want to acquire this theme, but how much would it cost to personalize it, for example: it is an exclusive subject for works of graphic designers, the designer instead of applying with curriculum, that send design proposals to the client, and the client chooses a winner,

Hi, I am looking for a easy career template and find urs. Have to say that I like the design and options. But I was wondering if it’s possible to disabled ‘EMPLOYEE’ section totally from the admin panel easily with a click on the front-end? Also it shouldn’t be REQUIRED option for posting any JOB OFFER?

Hey there,

Sorry fro the delayed reply.

In this case, I’m not sure I fully understand your question here. Could you perhaps be referring to the “Employer” section instead? Perhaps you can send a direct link on the section in reference or illustrate it in a screencast using such a tool: https://www.useloom.com/.

A user doesn’t have to be an employee to post a job.

I look forward to your reply.

Hi!

I have a pre-sale question. Does your theme allow to block applications to job offers only to registered users?

Thank you

Hey there,

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Relating to your question here, I would perhaps suggest on using the Applications addon for this (https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/applications/).

I hope this helps.
