I have a problem with header height in mobile view on my site: https://www.stefaniabonino.it/.
In some pages (Servizi, Case History and Portfolio pages) I see a big white header under the menu and before the contents of the site.

this is header background section and if you do not need it, you can easily disable it by enabling Header Minimalist option under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

Hi! if i set this option, in desktop view I have a problem with the menu bar, that cover the text of the page… How can I do?
In such case, or you have to change header type so it does not cover the text on page or use custom css to remove header height from mobile devices.

Hi! I can’t update my theme nor my plug-ins that come with BeTheme. I really need to update WPBakery Page Builder since I can’t activate it anymore. The error says that the package contains no files/data. Same with the theme update. Please help!

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

hello , i was using my betheme on one url ceosoftware.be but i deleted it there because i dont want to use that url anymore. but if i try to install it on my new url it says that the theme is still registered at ceosoftware.be ? but it’s not and in my ftp there is no wordpress files anymore?

Hey there, I just finish installing the theme and all the plugins. I noticed I get an error that says ”...eting switch is equivalent to “break 2”. Did you mean to use “continue 3”? in /public_html/newsite/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/operations.class.php on line 2862” when i activate the Slider Revolution plugin. And when I deactivate the plugin, the error message on top goes away.
Nevermind, I think i figured out what the error was. The slider revolution plugin doesn’t seem to work on PHP 7.3 so I had to lower the PHP version and the error was gone.

Regarding your question, to remove “Related Posts” area, you have to set 0 value for Count field under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog > Related Posts section.
But to change button text, please navigate to BeTheme Options > Translate section.

Theme License not getting verified
Hi, we used the theme on one of our demo sites hash23.com to show it to the client; the client liked it and now we are shifting the theme to the client site. We deregistered the license and also deleted the theme from the site however still it shows that deregister the license and remove theme folder from hash23.com
Please help resolve this issue on an urgent basis. Thanks

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

I have a problem. I have this website and I have a problem with the menus: https://logicformagic.ondesarrolloproyectos.es/. I did not know how to decorate a menu item and I had to disable the menu plugin that the template brings. Now I need other pages to have the transparent menu: https://logicformagic.ondesarrolloproyectos.es/what-we-do/ but I do not know how to do it. to make the header transparent, all you have to do is check Transparent : Header option under BeTheme Options > Global > General section.

In such case, you have to use Layout feature that is located on the left side in main WP dashboard. With this option, you can create custom layouts with different headers and then when you create/edit page, you can set such created custom layout for specific pages.
However, if this option still won’t be enough for you, then you have to use custom css and coding to achieve what you want.
