Sorry to say that but we have not tested those plugins with the Theme yet, but if you want you can try/test any of the third party plugin with the Theme but at your own risk.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Theme and Plugins, if not then please update it, I am sure you will not find an issue, or it may be your translation files issue, Please change the language to default Eng and check your site after removing the browser cache and if the issue resolved then it means the issue is because of the language files you have to replace those with the latest ones.

3. It is working perfectly fine at my end it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 19/02/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi, i have a 2 problems in the FAQ page

1- some categories when i click on it it looks empty but when i enter the category directly with “domain.com/faq_cat/category ” it opens without any problem.

2- when i activate the infinite scrolling feature in the FAQ page, it loads the content twice, so every faq post will load 2 times and display 2 times

Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the font-family value as per your requirements, It will only change the paragraph font family of the Posts on Blog page.

Pagination Problem: the Shop Page doesn’t show any product when I try to go to the page 2 (or further); I tried also to swith to the load-more or infinite-scoll type of pagination, but it hangs and no products were shown. Can you help please?

How do I turn on the banner under each category of theme Shop 19. After installing the DEMO, I discovered that only the first category has the banner underneath it as shown here http://prntscr.com/moh4xc, while other categories doesn’t have as seen here http://prntscr.com/moh3pq.

Also, I think creating an header with the header builder isn’t as easy as described on your theme details page. I want my header to look exactly like that of shop 13, but couldn’t achieve that. Although, I have raised a ticket regarding this and I hope someone will be there to assist.

I think there another thing that seems a bit wrong with this theme. Since the Theme has a sticky “add to cart” on desktop, then it should also have for its responsive versions.

1. When Importing Demo content you will find an Option “Override Existing Content”, You just have to un-check this option before importing the Demo content, then you will not lose your previous content on the site like Pages, Posts, Products, etc. The Option is showing in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/i9wm59

2. Yes, The Theme can handle a large number of products as well.

3. You can display as many products as you want on the pages.

Each time the theme update, there’s a problem. Last one testimonials became white, now sitcky menu background became transparent. Why it doing it?

It seems to be the cache issue at your end, Please make sure that if you have server cache Installed and Enabled so first flush/remove it and then deactivate it and then remove the site cache and deactivate all the cache plugins from your site until you are in the development process and then go to Theme Options and press save changes button and finally check your site after removing the browser cache I am sure you will not find an issue and if yes then please contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so we will check and solve it for you.

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

Yes this is because the Slider Revolution plugin which is coming with the Theme Package is not the extended license purchased, so that is why you do not have unlimited resources for that particular plugin, If you want to use the Slider Library you have to purchase the premium plugin separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Not all of them are lost, but for example, some custom headings will be lost on the home page, and some testimonial will become default.

This is not possible, I think you have not updated the Theme Properly or there must be any customization you have did which has been lost while updating the Theme or it may be because of you updated the Theme from very old version to the latest version and lost many of the things in between updates of the Theme.

So please run the backup of your site and then contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin Login and Cpanel Login details so we will update the Theme for you.
