Hi Author. I’ve purchased the theme almost a year ago but client put a hold on the job. I’m now again working on the site, but my support has expired. I hope you can help me. I keep getting errors from my contact forms on my site. I have successfully setup a gmail account for the WP Mail SMTP. And all settings are correct within the Contact Form 7 forms. The messages won’t send. And I also cannot seem to setup reCAPTCHA on the forms. I get an error that the site key is incorrect. Could you please give me advice?

Hello, I am not sure why this great theme and plugin is missing the very important features below, any reason you guys are not add these as new features? Questions have been asked about these features for the last 2 years and your answer is always: coming soon!! - The recurring payment is missing on PayPal & Stripe. - Properties do not expire after the users package associated with those properties expires and you do not have any system emails going out asking users to upgrade which is bad and it makes it super difficult to monetize this theme. - Agency management is not there yet and site owners have to hire somebody to manage the agencies manually which is a terrible thing. Please give us these features right away in your next update even if you have to charge a little bit for them.

I had a real estate G5 Beyote website built for me by a developer and there has been a problem with” Mixed Content” after i updated the theme . i have asked the developer for a purchase code and he could not provide one as he used his own G5 beyote Theme . Greetings. question before purchase. I like this theme but to buy i wan to know is it possible to install some free language switch plugin which will work 100%. And which one? Since the theme has a problem with the “qTranslate-X” plugin when it’s turned on, it’s 100% sure and checked. Regards

However, this plugin can’t convert multiple languages at the same time ( site on 5-6 languages as you want). If you want to build a multilingual website you should use WPML plugin. With the “qTranslate-X” plugin, honest I haven’t yet test with it, so can’t say. Q2. I’m so sorry but this should be done manually to select dependencies. In search option for bedroom, search option should consider floor plan contains too. This will given accurate search for builder projects with property option 2 bedroom, 3bedroom or 4 bedroom

Why don’t you want take few further steps to find the solution, and make search across all DB tables?

If you want to see all, they can be found on properties listing page. Thanks for your idea, but for reasons like I said and code optimization, we don’t add the option as you want. The thing I am trying to explain you, that in some cases user only knows Property-ID, and they want to make quick search in the form they see (by using only ID), without thinking to switch between “For Rent” or “For Sale”, or choosing other options. Because they want to get only one, particular property.
Search by ID (unique identification) should not depend on any other paramethers. Don’t you agree?
So why not to improve search logic by adding few stings of code, where if
&property_identity=
parameters exists, other unnecessary critereas like ?status= , would not be taking. It would be much more logically, than current situation.
When I open backend and go to Properties – > All Properties, filterring by ID works perfectly and not depend on “For Rent” or “For Sale” labels as I see on front end.
So what is the problem to fix a bug?

Finally I am able to create topic on support page. But no one is helping to fix problem. There are number of problems. First ere files not being translated. Secondly fronted reset password is not integrated with beyot theme. But all your support members are not understanding my problems and talking completely differentl things. And your support team reply to me messed once a day at 5pm at your local time. Start feel like im wasted my money here. I purchased extented support. But guys not trying to help at all

Hi We have come across a very serious issue with your Beyot Real Estate, we think that you need to let those who pay for this know about this issue in advance and here’s the details: You PACKAGE PRICING system is flawed and does not really work the way is presented, when setting up a single package you are given many options like how many properties, whether there is any featured properties and how many days the package is for (expires)...the issue is that the expiry date filed is fake and does NOT work and we have tested it many many times and the expired properties still show on front end and there are NO system emails going out to users about their expired listing. This feature simply does not work and please don’t tell me that if I change settings from the payment options to “pay per listing” then there is a way around it because it is still pointless to have the expiry field on the single price plan creation plan. I think you guys need to let people know before buying and I find this deceiving to have settings on your theme that do NOT work. I suggest that you guys release an update immediately to rectify this issue as it is pretty serious one.
