1. Unfortunately, we don’t have any other sort option, we only have filters.
2. I think you will need use third party plugins to do it, because we don’t provide support for download file from our theme/plugin system.

Regarding the “Related Tours”, by using the theme for years I am still quite confused what exactly the logical relationship with the current tour, is it related by keyword, location, or something else? If the “Related Tours” can be selected manually, that will be great.

Hi, I have some questions. 1) Is it possible for the customer to pay a deposit and pay the rest later using the system booking from their account on the website? 2) Is it possible to use only an enquiry form for the tour and then the customer would use the tour system to manage the payment after signing in? I would like to have the possibility to check the availability and then send a confirmation to the customer. So it would be great if he could pay later. Hope it makes sense. 3) I absolutely need to have the website in two languages so it essential for me to have a template which lets me do that easily, using WPML or at least Polylang. 1. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to do at the moment, maybe we will update it in future update.
2. You can use only enquiry form but the customers can’t access booking system later, they’re requirement to booking it with an account to use payment system.
3. Our theme support both: WPML and Polylang.

Thanks. About n°2, I saw in the demo that the customers can see a pending payment, that’s why I wondered if they could pay later. So, basically they can only enter their account after booking? Is there any chance to book requesting a bank transfer so that they can register and upload the receipt of the payment later?

The book and pay later option still requirement an account to do it, if they have register an account and use book and pay later, they will able to submit their receipt later.

just to double check: I can put only the enquiry form and then I can reply to them via e-mail or whatever. Successively they can register and pay from their account. Or do they need to use a “book and pay” button to be able to pay? Thanks for your patience!

Oh ok I got your point now. Unfortunately, we don’t have that feature. I think what you’re looking for is to approve customer before they can register and pay, right?
We are adding a new feature which won’t allow customer to pay before they get approval in coming big update but we don’t have feature to approve then they can register. The registration is opened, otherwise completely closed.
After enabling the Tour Schema structure on Tour Master, using a tour link and paste it on the Google Tour schema testing tool. Appears may warning. Do we have a fix on it?
Can you please provide screen shot of the warning? We will help looking into it.
last 2 years I so liked this theme due to its star rating was display in google search, I hope ratings and review will still display.

Hello Goodlayers, first, thanks for this awesome theme. Really good job. I write because the booking page suddenly stops works and I´ll to get some assistance if you can. In the booking page, when all the fields are filled, when choosing book now and pay later option, the page just goes up and don´t generate the booking anymore. I´ve no touched the code and the one plugin I installed was WP SMTP. Thanks for your help guys, best

We’ve read your message and took steps via screenshots, which you’ve sent us. The result is the following:
1) We’ve installed “Envato Market V.2.0.1. ; 2) “Text Box” opens for edit function, with already existing text in it (which was previously on the web-page). In “text box” edit save and exit functions still aren’t responding; 3) “News Letter” plugin is still not installing in plugins. It says, that we have already installed it, but there is not “News Letter” plugin in installed plugins list; 4) Today, the theme asked for an update, we’ve tried to update it, but unfortunately the installation failed; We’re once again sending you the screenshots of the following problems, which we’ve mentioned above.

I am trying to make change on top and bottom padding of main navigation and logo but i see that my changes on settings is not affecting after saving.

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.
2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.
4. If still doesn’t solve, please provide wp access + site url through the form in our profile page so we can check.
