Halo, Thank You for Your response. I went through the article. I also wrote to the support team by https://elated.ticksy.com but I didn’t get any answear so far. Please send me instructions or email address where I can file a complaint. In my opinion, this theme and the services offered do not meet the offer presented on your website. Currently, the Roblyn theme looks poorer than the free version that I used so far. The instructions on the author’s website are incomplete and there is no contact or help. You can see and compare by yourself:

We just checked, live preview is working perfectly fine from our side.

When it comes to blog single post format, there’re no such options to switch title and featured image, you’d have to do this from a template file. Featured Image height is determined by the actual image size you upload.

The carousel you sent as an example is a simple WPBakery element that can be inserted or removed on any page. Colors of the buttons and other elements you see can be changed from theme panel. Sidebar accepts any widget registered within the theme, which includes category list as well.

Yes it required some tweaking with the CSS. Still can’t get the active page to show when you’re on it and the mobile menu is still showing all the non-active pages as blank as well. The Roslyn settings aren’t working because everything is set as it should show but it is not showing correctly.

We have tested our themes, and there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues with Wordpress 5.0. Gutenberg became the official WordPress editor from WordPress version 5.0. 1. Everything you see in live preview can be imported on your side, including loading spinner, which is what you’re referring to. It’s important to know that this loading spinner is actually an image, not something you can type yourself.

2. Every font you see in live preview, along with all other content is included in item package.

It is not in your theme, but I have seen in others, like jnews… they have a pop up gallery. that allows for ads, shares, and text to show in the gallery- like Vogue and other fashion sites!
