Hi Edu, I mean, I want to modify the text from two automatic mails, the one the customer receive when changing a password and the one the customer receive when registering. I found the templates on the woocommerce plugin, I copy the file in the child theme but nothing happends. What should I do? Thanks in advance

I’ve made MULTIPLE requests about your gradebook plugin. I CAN’T export my student data to see ALL of their grades and progress, and now I CAN’T view my student data when I click on “view” for the gradebook because the system times out. I’m not comfortable paying for ANOTHER 6 months of support when I never got the help from you when I paid last time.
I know you’re going to say “We’ve checked our system and it’s working fine. Send us an email” but YOUR system is probably not being used in a “real world” setting. MY system has close to 500 students and it’s growing rapidly, but I can’t get any REAL support from you guys.
Once again… 1. when clicking on “view” to see the gradebook section for the students I it times out because the system tries to show ALL of the students on the same page instead of using pagination, and 2. the “export” feature has NEVER worked for me, and I’ve asked for help multiple times with no response from you.

Hi, a couple of problems with this theme after the latest update.
1. the mobile menu doesn’t work anymore, I have made another one for the time being.
2. When using paid membership pro along with polylang, the “join” button in each course would always lead to the main language. Not sure if this is related to the latest update, or this feature was never implemented in the first place.
3. “The following required page(s) are currently missing: Profile Page, Checkout Page.To ensure all functions work properly, please click here to create and set it up automatically.”
i keep seeing this notification even though i have set it up again and again. it keeps creating duplicates of profile and checkout pages.
can i please get an answer? why is my question ignored?

Mobile menu broken after upgrading to v4. The mobile menu is showed also in desktop version after upgrading to WP 5 and Eduma 4.

Hello, is the Learnpress plugin compatible with the WPML? I have courses assigned to the instructors but the problem i see is that after translating the courses, the instructor is assigned all the courses from both languages. I have translated the profile page(just copied the [learn_press_profile]) but nothing happened. Thanks
Is there something i can do until then? It doesn’t seem nice to have double courses for an instructor.
I could uncheck the Courses tab from the instructor profile, but then, when the only tab is the “Dashboard”, the default page is blank and i have to click on the “dashboard” to see the instructor’s CV.
It would appear that the Thim: Testimonial slider component has broken with Eduma 4.0. Looking at the html source, I can see that the testimonials are there, but it’s only showing the first one and it’s not sliding. No javascript errors, it’s just not sliding. 4.0 glitch?

i wanted to reorganize my my course and after deleting all lessons from the curriculum, i can only see lessons that were previously associated with the said course, not any other new lessons that i have added. What could cause this problem? I have upgrade the db, cleared hard cache, reset course, etc. please help.
when i go to “lesson” all lessons are marked unassigned
i found the problem was because im not the author of the lesson. I think it makes sense for administrators to have rights to changing the author of lessons.
Hey, There are some problems with Learnpress’s new versions. When I upgrade learnpress from 3.1.0.1 to latest version, I see the number of Lessons, Quizzes and Students is 0 zero in single course page. When I downgrade Learnpress to 3.1.0.1 , problem solved.

Hi! Why the plugin Assignments Add-on for LearnPress doesn’t come with the theme ? On this page (https://thimpress.com/learnpress/learnpress-premium-add-ons-request-form/), you said from 2017, the theme will benefit freely from the bundle for free.
What can I do to have the full bundle ? Should I buy the theme once more ?

they have very very bad support, i wrote a topic just to ask about how to export my customization from default them to the child theme and all what i get from the support that they said that the documentation is old and they give me a new link for the new documentation doesn’t contain any info about my issue and they don’t answers me i have more than 3 days and i can’t install the new update
it always creates a duplicated item for all custom post types.
