I am not able to update the theme to the latest files. I extended support and just paid 41.00. I CANNOT CREATE A TICKET with your support because it says “you’ve reached the maximum tickets allowed.” I need help to update theme to latest to work with wordpress. My original message is below:
Having issues with the site on my child theme and parent. I can’t update the site entirely to latest update to work with WooCommerce. I have a screen shot uploaded. The website is at https://dirtysouthbats.com/. It’s causing other issues on my site. Please help me update to latest and help me trouble shoot. It creates problems for the site when I try and update. If you look on this product page, it won’t display my items correctly for “upgrade grip” on products. It just shows the grips going down, instead of them being in rows as thumbnails.

This is the ticket: Ticket #MT750974 some replied to my old ticket and basically said same exact thing initially. I just want to have a simple and streamline experience with support for themes as I have had in the past. - Step 1: Install and activate SW_Sportbikes_child-theme package on your site
- Step 2: Login your FTP or Cpanel
- Step 3: Go to the wp-content/themes/sportbikes => then copy the footer.php file and paste it in the wp-content/themes/sportbikes-child-theme
- Step 4: Open footer.php file in the wp-content/themes/sportbikes-child-theme => then you can edit our copyright text at line 33 (http://prntscr.com/lrbjcp).

We us Textblock widget to build the featured products section. So, if you want to edit it, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Prepare 5 banner images with the size like this screenshot http://prntscr.com/lgj9mf
Step 2: Go to the admin => media=> add new => upload 5 banner images => then click on edit button(http://prntscr.com/lgjc8h)=> get the file URL of each banner image(http://prntscr.com/lgjcbt)

To enable the mega menu on your site, you need to follow the below steps :
- Step 1: Go to the admin => appearance => theme options => Narbar option tab => then set menu type : mega menu.
- Step 2: Go to the admin => appearance => theme options => Narbar option tab => check for the primary menu in the theme location parameter(http://prntscr.com/li2kwe).

It is been a while since I have been following up with the developer even after purchasing the theme. It is very unfortunate that I have to drop a negative review after a week of constant follow up and nagging. I have lot plenty of quality time attempting to solve the problem myself, but to no help. The issue is so simple: There is no notification displayed when the product is added to cart neither it shows up when the cart is opened. Which defeats the basic purpose. If you can fix it in 48 hours it’s fine, else kindly issue a refund.

We are trying to remove the footer bike image and also change the Copyright footer text to say our company and not the WP Theme name.
Also, we need all hyperlinked text to be blue and underlined when link is created but it does not do that.
