Hello, a while back I purchased this theme for a website. Unfortunately, the site didn’t do very well and I abandoned it. However I started a new site and I was wondering if there was a way I could transfer that theme to the new site.

I’m using the product addons plugin with Flatsome and making a custom product page block using the UX Builder. Is there a way to display product addons separately from the “Product Add To Cart” element?

Or for that matter can you display any of the things that appear in the element separately, for example if you wanted the “add to cart” button to display separately somewhere else on the page?

I would avoid updating to 3.8.1. It breaks the checkout page for me. Orders go through but the customer does not see an order confirmation. Just the checkout page. Likely an error with Ajax.

Tested with all Plugins deactivated except Stripe + Woocommerce = Broken Tested with ll Plugins deactivated except Stripe + Woocommerce + default theme = works

Rolled back to 3.8 = Works.

I have some trouble with the tab panels, i am using an icon box to link to a tab panel, i have given it the correct link/URL to the specific tab panel, but when you are on the page and press the icon box it only takes you down to the tabs it doesn’t open requested tab panel(i have more than 1 tab panels in my tabs), but when i use the URL in the browser it works perfectly, so i wonder if there is a fix for this? thanks!

Hello, I have an issue with Instagram in Flatsome theme. When I set up the block of “Instagram carousel” or others options, on the frontend I have this message: “Instagram did not return a 200”. How can i fix it? v3.8.1

Hello, Is there a way to restrict access to the UX Builder for any role except the Administrator Role? I know I could install a plugin to do it but it would be great to be able to restrict this without the need for another plugin. I am currently using White Label CMS and it hides the menu but when the shop manager visits a page, they have access to edit the page with the UX Builder. I really need them not to do this.

If there is no way to do this, can you recommend a plug in that could accomplish this with as little customization as possible?

There is a schema.org error since 3.8. In the shop_loop & cat_loop google says that one of these fields: “offers”, “review” or “aggregateRating” is must have

Hello Guys, need some help here, what the right setting for banner/text box with long text inside? I’ve set two column, image on left text on right, three row. When i stretch browser windows it overlap the below text box/banner, responsive seems not working properly. I’ve set % height to display the whole text because if i set “auto” its height go to few pixels, it made me crazy!!!
