Hello, I am looking forward to purchase this theme before that i wanted to know if the theme could handle around 300 pages, i know it will depend on the server size as well but wants to make sure.

There is no actual limit of the pages a website can handle. Each time a visitor requests a URL address, only one page is displayed on the tab. In fact, all the data of the website is stored in the database and the media files are uploaded in /wp-content/uploads/. What you need to know is the storage limit of the hosting account. If you reach the limit it won’t be possible to add any more media and more important, update the installation, which might cause one or more issues in the future.
If you worry about the loading time, it depends on the amount of text, images and the integrated functions of each page. In general, Healthflex is not a “heavy” theme, if you check our demos, they load pretty fast. For best results make sure the website is running on a server with the latest version of PHP and adequate amount of RAM available to PHP (minimum is 128 Mb). Last but not least, the number of added and activated plugins can vastly affect the overall loading speed of a website. Just make sure you won’t bloat the installation with unneeded, poorly tested or outdated plugins.

Does your theme supports BMI Calculator, Weight Loss Tracker plugins?
Hello and thank you for purchasing our theme. Healthflex does not provide native support to BMI Calculator or Weight Loss Tracker plugins by default. However, since what they do is providing extra functionality, you should be able to add them to your installation without any issues. You may need to fine tune the styling of the plugins front end though, by adding a few lines of custom CSS.

We need more information to provide you with a valid response. There are numerous screen sizes, especially on the mobile marker. We assume the effect is visible on a device with a small screen.
One thing you can do is, remove the title from the Media Panel and instead activate the Page Title. This can be easily achieved on Page Options. Just edit the page and navigate to Page Options. On the Media Panel tab set No Title/Subtitle on Headings Section and on Content tab set Display Title to position On. This way, the title of the page will appear under the map.
In general, the theme is designed with an average screen size in mind. It is normal some design elements like the Title on the Media Panel to capture relatively more space over the Background Section comparing to a larger screen.

I would like to purchase this theme. But I recently visited the website that using healthflex theme. I saw the problem with this theme is automatically fetch img ALT tag from image title. Is it true? For example, the image name is ABCD.jpg then your theme automatically set ABCD as an ALT tag despite placing manual ALT tag while uploading ABCD.jpg in Media Library. Is this true? if yes then How to tackle this?

Well I LOVE this theme. However I cannot get posts to work with a Full Layout. Posts will only work with a left or right sidebar layout. I paid for support, but I am still being told I cannot access support.

Meanwhile, if you need to use the single – full layout for the blog, go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Content > Blog and locate Blog Page Options. Use the graphic representations to choose the layout you need. Don’t forget to Save changes to let the effect apply.

You need to edit the page and edit the Teaser Box element on the right column of the third Row on the Page Builder. Edit the element by clicking on the pencil icon and then scroll down a bit until you locate Image. Click on the image to select another one. When finishing, Save changes and Update page to review the result.

If the text you have sent us is what you see on screen, you probably try to edit the shortcode on Gutenberg or on Classic mode which is not actually possible to use the Page Builder.
The Teaser Box is a simple element you can edit using the graphic interface of the Page Builder and easily select a URL address to link the button.
In case you are having installed a version of our theme prior to 1.5.9, please updated now. The latest package is available on your Envato account. It contains a version of Page Builder that supports Gutenberg and resolves this issue.

We are not sure what is your request. We assume you need a mail sent to the visitor who submits a form for an appointment.
To review/configure a contact form go to Dashboard > Contacts and select one. If you need to send an email to the person who submitted the form, edit a contact form and go to Mail tab. Scroll down a bit to locate the Mail (2) checkbox. Fill the checkbox and the window will expand allowing for configuring the recipients’ mail. When finished click on Save.

Hi support team, I have purchased Healthflex theme. Unfortunately I lost my email password which was used to purchase this theme. I am using your theme “Healthflex” for 7 months and never face any isssu with it.
But there is a issue with its 404 page. when someone enters wrong url, It does not show any message only show blank page. I have tried editing 404.php code with some instructions on a blog but was not helpful.
Please help me fixing this issue, I am in trouble because of it.

If you need personalized assistance, consider purchasing a new license. Even if you had a previous license, it should have expired by now as the minimum support period is six months.

We recommend checking you with your hosting provider. Let them know the original location you moved the site from and any other info that might help. In many cases, if the configuration of the server does not much, the site will not work as expected. Also, you may need to rewrite certain files (like .httpdocs) and update with the new URL address. Even inside the WordPress Dashboard, you need to update the fields with the new address (on Setting, General).
