This feature has to be implemented as the default aside does not have such functionality. In order to implement this change you have to use the buildable version since you will need to change the source of the aside menu and recompile it. Sure, you just need to setup the minimized aside for your prefered pages. For this you will need to add
m-brand--minimize m-aside-left--minimize

I’m developing my app using Angular 6, and want to my app exactly as your live demo for angular 6 @ https://keenthemes.com/metronic/preview/angular/default
But in downloaded package, I’m not seeing a proper angular demo as in theme/default folder, how can I achieve the same demo as on https://keenthemes.com/metronic/preview/angular/default

You can run “npm install” and “ng serve” command inside that folder.

We mailed yesterday stating our issue. We are in between crucial deadlines. We are trying to use Metronics template within our Angular 7 application .So we request you to kindly provide us a solution or guide us as soon as you can.
We are once again mentioning the issues . Our issue was that After integrating or adding CSS files to index page . The page displays in only 70% of the page height.
If run locally its shows perfect full page . But if uploaded on local host setup then its shows on 70% of page . That means its not rendering CSS properly.
So i want to know whether i am going in right way? have i configured or added theme properly? If not then please guide me.
We are waiting for Solution.

Such issues are not easy to track. It depends on how you are integrating it with Angular 7 and also there will be other issues as you go further. We would suggest you to wait the next major update Metronic v6.0 with Angular 7 support. Integrating Angular 7 was quite complex task and we solved a lot of integration issues along the way. For you it will be more productive if you can wait 1.5-2 weeks until we release the next v6.0 update.

No errors, why they should be there? Just need to do something like this:

1 – means value which in database is NULL

There are 2 licenses type: Regular and Extended. Both licenses are limited for single use. If your end site has paying customers(like SAAS users paying monthly subscription for using the service) then you will need the extended licenses. If your site does not charge its users(free website) then the regular license will suffice.

I completely understand that Metronic is a front end theme and needs server side script/db to do any useful function. Got it. Very clear. So imagine my surprise when I studied the docs for many hours and I don’t see ANY discussion or example on how to set up the server calling URL’s. Is the server URL only a data source? Or is it supplying all the HTML for the component?
I would think this is the MOST important thing to do after installation. Let’s say I place a simple form or toggle or whatever component on the layout. Please could you go through a specific example about WHERE I find the files that need to be changed, and what the dummy default setting would be. Because I need to find that and change it to my server script. And right now, totally lost on how to do that. Perhaps it will be more clear when I buy it? I hope so. Because right now it looks like trial and error and rough sledding to make anything work with server.
After install using the sample API, you need a quick start on how to get things changed over to server data. Even one clear and complete example for one component would be sufficient. Because right now it is NOT obvious. Perhaps I missed it in the documentation. That long list of URLS’s in the build tools does absolutely nothing for me. How do I use that? We have a huge plans for improving the documentation and after releasing the next major update v6.0 we will be publish a video tutorials that shows the installation process and the build actual applications using Metronic.
However current documentation is quite extensive and so far customers are being able to use it successfully. It just requires some time to study the theme and get used to it. Also by just reading the documentations you will not be able to fully understand it without browsing the theme source code and trying it in action. So you can purchase Metronic to try it and you can request a refund anytime.

Thank you sir for fast reply. Yes I agree I am thinking if I see your example API I can quickly understand what is needed. Appreciate the offer for refund, but I am more interested in getting my project online quickly. I do have some other questions due to my limited Node and Angular experience.
First, I believe if I take the demo HTML file and put in my web root, it will work. But I get confused during installation, it does not specify where to place the theme. It says [root]. Does that mean web root? I am assuming no. If I install node/npm those will be accessible by web and sounds very wrong. So how does the resulting template file become web accessible? I move it to web root after build? Please confirm what I move from where to where..
Next, and this is so important, I really need an example of how to place a new component, say a date picker, or toggle, or anything. I see some code snippets but it never tells me where to put those. Which file? And then saving it will trigger Yarn, the template will be rebuilt, and I move it to web folder? Please step me through that thanks.
Next. the example custom page was good but not complete. The resulting webpage says “it works!” but I don’t see that in any of the file snippets. Where is that text coming from? I assume an HTML template? And what if I need some of the HTML to be server side generated? How to do server side generated content on a custom page?
Last question for now, I have installed Node on another project and Nginx needed a port number to reverse proxy to Node. I don’t see any discussion about ports or Nginx. Not a single comment out of 7,000+. What am I missing here?

Thanks a lot for choosing Metronic and very sorry for the late reply.
HTML themes do not have strict installation rules. Developers use it differently and it depends on the developers level, preference and requires.
Basically you will a working HTML code and split it into partials includable in the master layout. Before using Metronic you should be able to work with basic HTML code and fully understand how the web pages are built. Actually if you check each template page and look at the source code you can understand which js/css is required to include for all pages and for certain features you might need to include extra css/js files.
Node.js is used just to run the gulp task manager and also yarn/npm package managers. It does not require having Ngnix installed.
Angular version is optional as Metronic comes with 2 separate versions: default jquery and angular. In your case you should just use the default jquery version. For more info on using Angular please check: https://angular.io/

Bootstrap 4 was made with accessibility in mind, but I checked your demos, and I’m afraid to say they are not accessible at all. Where do you stand in regards to WCAG? Do you know that a ton of lawsuits have already happened because websites are not accessible?

Your JSON is correct. But does it dynamically accept parameters and regenerate the data for each pagination request?
