I have an issue with the items in my Sidebar.

I need to centre the widgets in the sidebar but somehow I just cannot. Is it possible to do this in Native?

Hi, I’m totally stumped on the menu at top. Right now, with the demo content I don’t see those three horizontal lines at far top right. I need to create a menu, but what goes into those menu items?

1. Let’s just start with my first item… “What We Do”. Can you give me the steps for that in the menu creator?

2. I don’t want the items to show at top, only in the menu that moves in from the left when those three lines are clicked on. So, is “background position” needed?

3. In settings, is this primary, or top right navigation for styles 3 and 4?

Are there videos anywhere that walk users through these procedures?

HI, I just installed Native, and have one problem, plus some questions.

1. I didn’t notice the menu icon at top right and found that I had to create a menu. However, your system will not allow me to do so. I click the “create menu” button and nothing happens. I click the link to show the 7 locations for menus, and same, nothing happens. I refreshed the page and it’s the same.

2. All the elements and features in the theme, are those only available through WP Bakery, or elsewhere?

3. After installing the demo content (template 1) I went looking for the pages to possibly edit them. All I see is “First.” I was looking for “Home,” so I could install all the pages, but there was no place to click for home. So now, how do I get all the other pages installed — or so I have to start all over again, deleting what I already have?

The contact form works fine on all browsers on pc’s, but on mobile/tables it displays the message is sent but it actually does not deliver it to the mailbox;

Hello, I’m interested to buy ‘native’ theme, but I have doubts about the style of the buttons.

I have seen that in most demos the buttons have a round style. I attached two images.

I would like to know if this shape can be changed (to a square shape) in all the places that I want.

Seeing the demos I know that I can change it in the modules and pages that I build, but I would like to change them in the ‘login’ window or in the tabs of the simple pages of the product where the description and opinions of the product appear as I show you in the images.

Is this possible? Thank you.

I’m interested in buying Native, but first I need to know if anybody currently using this theme is getting reasonably fast page loads. I understand there are several factors involved, but I see a lot of comments about slow loading times. Is ANYBODY able to make this work and get a decent Google score? Thanks

Hi, we have some problems displaying subtitles in WP Bakery Portfolio Items. In the sourcecode of the page they are visible, while not able to be amended with WP Bakery. As we are already using PHP 7.3, could you please upgrade Slider and WPBakery with a new template release? Kind Regards, Rouven

Greetings of the day – I wonder if there is any way to choose custom order to display portfolio items such as A-Z or Z-A or ascending / descending order – couldn’t find any option to set it – If someone has 100+ portfolios items and he already added all, there is no way he can display it on front A-Z or Z-A or ascending/descending order. Right now it’s just presenting the way you added them – any sort out – I want to show it A-Z order – thank you.

Hi, guys. Thank you for the cool WP theme (Native). I’ve got some issues using Header Option #12 and I would like to get your help/advice about what would be the best way to fix them:

- when I choose Boxed page layout width than I can’t stretch rows to the main container width (where all content goes). Even when I chose “Full width” in row settings it still keeps 1200px. I need an option to stretch a row to the real full-width. - – at the same time when I choose Full-width page layout I can’t make a row “boxed” when I choose Boxed Content Width in row settings

- I have an issue with displaying Slider Revolution full-width slides. Slider in a full-width mode basically gets stretched to the full width of the page but not the full width of the main container. So, in this case, left part of the slider is hidden by a header (menu). it is very annoying and I don’t see a proper easy way to fix unless setup different padding to Slider Revolution for each possible screen size.

Hello, I have got problem with my images.

I’ve set demo successful. When i preview page which come from demo , images visible but when i uptade page and click orginal link, all images unvisible except background images. Also sticky header doesnt work.Original header works like fixed menu.But in preview its work true.
