Hi there, I bought your theme “Native” a few months ago and now that I’m finally getting to install it the file doesn’t go through wordpress, it says that a file is missing in the .zip file. I know I don’t have support service anymore, but this a problem regarding the package, that looks like broken, so I can’t even use the product you sold me. I tried to download the .zip file for installation again from the envato market, but this too gives me an error when installing. Need help with Search Results I have a photography website, and when you search for the titles of my art, I need them to return that particular image. The images themselves still show “No image selected”. That’s because the theme wants to display the post featured image there, but the image posts are images themselves, and don’t have a featured image assigned.
So, I need a search that finds attachment posts and would like to see the attachment image appear on the search results page. Can someone help me with this?

Search result page inherits styling from Theme Options > Blog Options > Blog archive page options. As for the “No image selected”, please make sure you have set Featured images to the pages/posts/portfolios/galleries as featured images supposed to be displayed on the search result.

I’ve got that enabled, however a single image within my gallery can’t have a featured image because it is the “title” being searched. I have over 100 titles (images) that I want users to be able to search for, and I want that to return a thumbnail of the image. Any options to get this to work?
We haven’t changed the default Wordpress search and it supposes to search for posts/pages and not images. Probably, you will need to use the plugin to get the functionality you need for images. We haven’t tested any for this purpose so cannot provide with any recommendations.

Hi, I have an issue with the contact form. I need to detect the submit action, for analytics scope.
Usually I use the following scripts:

Hi, we have a second menú on our custom header and we want to show links like buttons in a differents colors. To do this, we have included each menu option in a different class in “Appearence->Menus”, but it’s impossible to get to that class with css because your css estructure is very hard to understand. How can we do to change the text color of the option menu 1 that has a class named menu1? Many thanks.

Dear Sir, Thanks for this lovely theme,
there are many problems with JavaScript, like when you modify the page with WPBakery in Front-End Mode, the page interrupt and the browser shows a message to “Wait”, I’ve tested that on so many browsers and they’re all up-to-date but the problem couldn’t be solved, the same problem happens when trying to customize the website it freezes because of problems with JS. May I know the reason, please?

Hello, Thank you for that information but I have already changed the logo in the General Options Main Logo Type and it does not change the logo on header. No matter what style header I select I still have the same Native logo.
I am using the number 37 content.
In our demo we have used header style 2 and logo is set in Theme Options > Header Options > Header style 2 > Header logotype image.

As I have mentioned twice now in both previous comments I have already replaced the logo in the General Options area of the Theme Options. I have put a new logo in several times with no change on the front end of the website.
Again, I have checked, replaced, removed the logo in the options area with no change. I have tried every different header style with no change.

Lately I have troubles when trying to save a new page template. On our site we post infos regarding training sessions. Some of them are the same deal, just with different time periods, so I use templates to save time.
I had to create a new template for a new training session, but I cannot save it. It sais “Saved!” but it doesent show up when I try to use it on a new page.
I have the same issue when trying to save a row template.
What could possible be?
