I have just tested it at my end and it is working perfectly fine at my end, It must be any third party plugin confliction issue at your end or it may be you are not using the latest version of the Theme and Plugins, so please once try with the given suggestions and if it will not work for you then we have to debug your site.

No, Sorry to say that but there is no such Option, You can turn ON/OFF the Pop Up of the Login/Registration form from Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce as showing here: https://pasteboard.co/I4pSDB7.png
But you can not remove the Registration From Page and use only the Pop Up Login/Registration form because it is the default functionality of the Theme and WooCommerce plugin. In order to make it possible you have to Customize the Theme and Plugin core files as per your requirements.

I am working on making the theme look how I want, however I have run into two issues.
The first is that there is a border around the minicart icon that I cannot make go away. I cannot seem to find where the css is coming from to change it. I am having the issue on both mobile and my browser, full and responsive versions alike. The border remains if the cart pop-up appears, but disappears if I scroll down and it switches to sticky menu. The second issue is that when I set my footer to “boxed”, a gap appears between the bottom of the page and the top of the footer. The gap is not there when I set the footer to full or wide – but I would like to use the boxed layout. As with before, I cannot seem to find the css to change it and it’s showing up on the mobile and browser sites. Portfolio is actually a Custom Post Type in the Theme, You can create multiple portfolios and multiple portfolios categories and you can show any category of the portfolio or any portfolio as per your requirements at any section on your site, but remember that the Global Theme Options for Portfolio will work for all the Portfolios not for a single one.

As far as I know, google fonts are allowed in China although they block google services. You may just need to remove google map only, nothing else.

There is no such Shop element in the WP Bakery, But you will find Woo Product, Woo Category elements in the WP Bakery elements list, and if you want to create your Shop Page, Then you have to create a new page and do not use any element on the page and go to WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Setting >> Products and set that Shop Page from there and it will work for you, Please see this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/I4zx73k.png

I’ve tried to use “portfolio” custom post type in Porto but it look not good. I have no idea how to proceed with this. Almost every layout from “Portfolio layout” is build in such way that I have to use the every single photo in the ratio 1:1 (width and heigh) or in some layouts use the same ratio (width and heigh). There is one masonry layout but not looks good (very small photos without any spaces). I was tried to use standard page using images gallery block, but the same – it is not good enough, I couldn’t set number of colums… Do you have any idea how to set portfolio using “not the same ratio” images in it? I have few hundred images and I dont want to cut each of them again because each of the was already cropped exactly as I want. I was thinking to add Elementor to Porto but I’ce read in comments that you dont support it..

Sorry to say that but there is no option in the particular Custom Post Type for setting up the ratio of the images, but all the pre-built layouts of the particular Custom Post Type has set the image based on the layout and you can change the number of columns for the Portfolio Archive page from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Portfolio >> Portfolio Archive as per your requirements.
