Item Purchase Code is License Key? right ? i have go to ARK > Dashboard > fill my Item Purchase Code and email and click Show License button but I don’t get anything ? nothing was happened. pls help

We are currently working on it, there is a small hosting provider issue, which is influencing the update server. ETA for this will be 24-48 hour. In the meantime, you can freely use the Ark without the activation, do not worry.

Hello. I’ve just installed the theme and when I tried to activate it via dashboard > license activation, the tab only shows this:

The “Topbar” area of Header includes Fresh Builder. There are also several points in Header where you can inject Templates (which are built with Fresh Builder). If you would like to try a plugin you could try Mega Menu by Sevenspark for example.

Whenever I try to edit some elements on demo content, some aspects of the demo content just dissapear. Is this how it is supposed to behave? I have tried uninstaling the theme and installing it again. Not only on demo content but on default sections like footers. Some content will appear on the editing side but once you save edits and try to refresh the site, they won’t show up on the user side. I have not extra plugins since this is a new site.

That indeed sounds like a strange issue, it’s definitely not something that should happen. Could you please open a ticket with your wp-login and some test page link for us at http://arktheme.com/open-ticket/ ? We can then try it ourselves and investigate.

Hi Guys. The problem was solved and I a not sure if you guys make the emphasis that users should ensure that Fresh Builder has correctly loaded and cached on their sites ( or browsers) otherwise all those elements and sections can behave in very strange ways. I have never had a problem but only after using a new device and a new installation of Ark.

I can not edit the icon element also. It is only showing twitter icons, and can not change it’s hyperlink.

404 message when trying to navigate to the Ark>Global Styles options.

Most probably, you are using the Ark on localhost and you are running your web server on a different port than 80. Although we spent numerous hours on trying to make this work, WordPress is having some functions for URL-rewriting poorly created and we were not able to make it work. So the solution is to switch to port 80 in your local development stack.

Hello I cant access the support page. I wanted to ask about the warning for the demo installs. It says to make sure mysql is fresh. I think it is. My host just installed a fresh wordpress. So does that mean it is?

This happens, because there is an URL in a JavaScript comment, informing users that we made a hotfix in this file. This file is completely harmless and it is a false positive alarm from your hosting.

I have problem with Fresh builder after latest wordpress update. Forexample after click save button nothing happens. Sometimes I have an error message which says open a ticket but my support is finished.

Hello Support,

Trying to integrate Google API Key but it seems recently Google API Key is not for free anymore for less than 25,000 calls. Since their pricing package mentions fees start from 0.

Would like just to display the map and its pin, thought its not possible to achieve that when adding Google map on your theme.

What alternatives can be used and how to integrate them with your theme.
