I’ve purchased this theme, but for some reason, during checkout, the most expensive shipping methods, like next day air, are appearing first. Why can’t we make the least expensive shipping methods appear first? There are so many people who don’t look and then pay for it and then I have to refund them and change the shipping.

For the thumbnails on products list page. I have already set Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Image to 1:1 but I still get wrong thumbnails for new upload pictures. It actually has no effect for any ratio I type. Is there any other setting for this?

Yes, caused by OSS Upload, an extension to save pictures remotely. The addon has no problem. Just change the setting will fix the issue.

Hi, On Product detail page Additional information and review tab were placed on right hand side of product image but recently it moved below to product image, how can i shift Additional information and review tab back to same position? (at right hand side of product image)

Hello, we love this theme and have been using it for almost two years now. Something happened though. when you go to iPad or tablet size, the logo goes totally over the top of the screen, covering the products up. Do you have any idea how this happened?

I want to buy another copy of Claue for another client, but that depends on the possibility of turning off the sorting on the category pages. Out of the box, the theme sorts the products by latest, popularity, average rating and by price. Can I turn that off so I can just drag and drop using sorting to alphabetize them? Thank you!
Also, my perspective client wants to know if we can arrange the shipping order differently than just how it appears out of the box? The site I’m showing them is thecommandboard.com and the shipping is showing the most expensive, least used shipping options first. Is there a way to re-arrange them?

Yes, we add new effect “zoomer” for logo when header sticky. If you want remove the effect. Please add below code to Claue > Theme Option > General Layout > Custom CSS

The shopping cart will not be updated until you reload the page.
