1. Sorry to say that but this is not possible as you do not use/change the layout of the single product page as like the Home Page.

2. Yes, You can easily show/set this as per your requirements on any page using Porto Products or Porto Category elements.

3. Yes, you can show the portfolio Archive page as Grid, Masonry, TimeLine, Medium, Large, Full layout.

When i clicked on update theme. there is an error message “Update Failed: Purchase Code is not valid!!!” does it mean my theme is hacked or used by other people or what?

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and click on deactivate button and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and try to update the Theme again from WordPress hope you will not find this issue.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 05/03/2017. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hi, I have installed WooCommerce Additional Variation Images and it has some conflict with your product lightbox, how can I switch the product image lightbox to WooCommerce default. This is the respond I got from Woocommerce. Well, basically it has to do with how some third-party themes use their own lightbox implementation, rather than the WooCommerce default one. There are hooks within our plugin to allow theme authors to target the WooCommerce way of doing things, rather than their own custom way. That’s not something we can fix, though, if it’s being caused by how the theme is coded. What I’d suggest is having a chat with the theme developer to find out how to disable any theme-specific lightbox options. In a lot of cases, that will allow things to work properly with the plugin. Please advise.

Hello Guys, How to get “classic-original” in-Home page & “shop2” in separate page ?

Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Classic Original Demo on it and also Install the Theme on Live/Main site and Import the Demo Shop 2 on it. I’ve just found out that the issues were related to server cache which caused all sorts of Javascript errors. So I’m just putting this out there if some of you are hosting your site at WPengine please ask them to update the cache exclusions. For some reason, it was reseted whenever an update was performed.

I understand that the plugin might be the usual suspect. I’m just bit disappointed that you guys didn’t offer much help except blaming the use of plugins. No harm was done though. I was hoping you guys could be more proactive and considerate. Thanks for the time.

I am sorry to say that but there are some rule for giving the Support, For finding the issue on the site, we have to follow the standard rules, and you have 50+ third party plugins Installed on your site, that is why I told you to try with deactivating the plugins first, If the issue was not solved then we move to server, so there are some rules and steps for debugging the site, but finally sound’s good that you issue is resolved.

Yes, You can easily change the Theme Primary color from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin as per your requirements and you can change the Logo of the site as per your requirements from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General >> Logo & Icon.

Hello, I have two issues that i want you to help with. The first has been asked before without any response. Firstly, how do I disable the sticky menu on desktop screens, but allow it on mobile devices. Secondly, I observed that when you click on the “add to cart” on single product page, the page reloads for this action. I don’t think this is normal- as the “ajax loading” should have just handle this without page reload. This second issue works fine on the shop page.

1. There is only a single way to do it and this is Custom CSS, you can use the Custom CSS set in the media query as given below.

How to remove date from google results with porto theme? I becoming crazy to find out where is way to delete it. I tested plugins, swich off this option on Yoast, search the query in Google and I cant find any solution about to remove de date from the metadescription in the snippet.

That is actually the Slider Revolution set on the Home Page, Please edit your Home Page and scroll below you will find view options and under view options you will find Banner Type as “Revolution Slider” as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/I5btaV3.png
