Perhaps you are using an old version of WPBakery Page Builder. You just need to update it to make it work. And you don’t need to buy this plugin, it is included in the theme for free. We bought the extended license for it. Please follow this documentation to update it.

I want to buy this theme, can I use this theme forever without paying for extended support in the future?
I have a bad experience buying a theme on themeforest.net. I didn’t use the theme that I bought for 1 year, then yesterday the theme always failed to upload to WordPress, when I contacted the developer, they said I had to pay extended support to use the theme. Regarding your question. When you buy a theme on this ThemeForest market, you will have lifetime access and update for that theme. In the first 6 months, you will have free support from sellers. After that, you need to purchase extended support package. It is the policy of ThemeForest. Thus you should install the theme as soon as possible after you bought it to be able to get support from sellers when you have problem.
With our themes, we will always keep them up-to-date. They will always work even you don’t use it for a long time. But, to get support after first 6 months, you need to buy the extended support package too.

No, it doesn’t mean that. Once you bought a theme, you can upload and update it forever. The support package only gives you access to our support site. With it, you can open tickets on the support site and our supporters can help you solve problems on your website.

By default, WooCommerce will redirect to the thank you page with the order summary. Perhaps you has a plugin on your site that change it. Please check your plugins one by one to find what plugin change this default behavior of WooCommerce.

1. Yes, you can use custom CSS to hide them. Or you can hide the whole page header section in the Customize > Page Header.
2. We’re not sure what it smooth movement you want, but you can use a child theme to add custom script to your site to add more animations.
3. We’re sorry but it is impossible. Instagram doesn’t support to share images on websites.

This is a great theme. Unlike others that claim fast performance but are woefully slow – this is actually properly fast. Great work.
I have a question – on mobile my logo skews. Looks fine on desktop and other devices. But on mobile it squeezes the logo. I have followed the retina directions and halved the dimensions.

Hi on this theme im trying to place the product short description under add to cart button using
