ISSUE: IMPORT DEMO DATA PROCESS GETS STUCK
Hi, I purchased this theme a year ago and I’m really happy with it but, now I’m reinstalling it in a new server and, when trying to import the demo data, I get this message and keeps stuck trying to import:

But it doesn’t start downloading anything. Additionally, If I try to upload demo files manually, again, after setting the corresponding files, nothing happens! All the plugins are installed properly and activated (the required and the optionals): Sober Addons, Soo Demo Importer,... Additionally, I have checked the Woocommerce status and everything is in green color, from the server side it’s all ok…
I get this error form the debug.log [27-Mar-2019 10:13:18 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /var/www/html/.../wp-content/plugins/sober-addons/includes/import.php:606

Mostly, this is a problem from web server when blocking download requests of the importer. Please try to import demo manually with demo data files in the theme package.

By default, Sober display products in 2 columns on mobile. But with small screen devices (like iPhone 5 or 5s), it will display products in 1column. If you want to display them in 2 columns, please add this CSS to Appreance > Customize > Additional CSS:

Thanks for this, but these are not woo commerce products. I setup a row with 4 columns and used the banner image element in each column. When I view it on mobile it gives me a 1 column view instead of a 2 column view.

One more thing. The image carousel element doesn’t work correctly. I set my image carousel to slider loop, but at the end of the slider loop it displays blank white images before it loops back to the beginning. This doesn’t look right. How can I rectify this so that it loops properly? The first image should start after the last one in the carousel?

- The WPBakery Page Builder support to change the number of columns on mobile. Please edit rows and select the “Responsive” tab to change the column width to “1/2” for mobile.
- You need to enable the “Loop” option to make the carousel run continuously.

Perhaps you are using an old version of WPBakery Page Builder. You just need to update it to make it work. And you don’t need to buy this plugin, it is included in the theme for free. We bought the extended license for it. Please follow this documentation to update it.

I have a bad experience buying a theme on themeforest.net. Regarding your question. When you buy a theme on this ThemeForest market, you will have lifetime access and update for that theme. In the first 6 months, you will have free support from sellers. After that, you need to purchase extended support package. It is the policy of ThemeForest. Thus you should install the theme as soon as possible after you bought it to be able to get support from sellers when you have problem.
With our themes, we will always keep them up-to-date. They will always work even you don’t use it for a long time. But, to get support after first 6 months, you need to buy the extended support package too.

By default, WooCommerce will redirect to the thank you page with the order summary. Perhaps you has a plugin on your site that change it. Please check your plugins one by one to find what plugin change this default behavior of WooCommerce.

1. Yes, you can use custom CSS to hide them. Or you can hide the whole page header section in the Customize > Page Header.
2. We’re not sure what it smooth movement you want, but you can use a child theme to add custom script to your site to add more animations.
3. We’re sorry but it is impossible. Instagram doesn’t support to share images on websites.

This is a great theme. Unlike others that claim fast performance but are woefully slow – this is actually properly fast. Great work.
I have a question – on mobile my logo skews. Looks fine on desktop and other devices. But on mobile it squeezes the logo. I have followed the retina directions and halved the dimensions.

Hi on this theme im trying to place the product short description under add to cart button using
