Hi, is there a specific way to update the theme. I would normally use filezilla.
i updated using the market tool plugin and has now caused a white screen for my website. this should not be a difficult process.

This is because you didn’t update Elated Core plugin to 1.1. If you can access your Dashboard, please delete this plugin and you’ll see notification to install new Elated Core plugin.

I did make contact 3 days ago and no response- now after update you state I should have updated core plugin. This is confusing- I have now got a white screen for my website and can’t access the dashboard. Can I get a zip file for the core plugin

If you can’t access Dashboard, please open up your FTP account and navigate to wp-content/plugins. Then remove Core folder and your Dashboard will be back. Then install new Core plugin from the Dashboard.

Experiencing serious problems with the theme: http://theroseartslondon.com/blog/ getting the css code before text. Also the admin bar is temprimental and some of the other key features such as Instagram in footer and the quotes and video causing large gaps on pages.
These were all working fine previously and now not so. Please advise

This happens because excerpt for blog list or portfolio list can’t read shortcodes and because of that we implemented Excerpt field for each blog single, portfolio single, page etc. You just need to go in your back-end Posts -> Each post -> And below text editor or visual composer, you can find Excerpt field, just add here what ever you want to display for that post on blog list. http://postimg.cc/JyQCtwpw
If you don’t have this section, then just go to top right corner -> Screen Options -> And enable excerpt
2. We have just checked this out in your website and it seems like everything looks fine. Could you please be more specific about this issue? Some screenshot can be helpful as well.

How exactly it should looks like? 3events per column? We suppose you want to achieve 3 events per one row? So, in one row to have three columns with event items. If you can’t access your Dashboard now, please open up your FTP account and navigate to wp-content/plugins. Then remove Elated Core folder. After that you’ll be able to access back-end. Update your theme once again and install new Elated Core plugin from the notification on the top of your window.

Hey Guys, great theme I really like it but I do have found an error i think. On my installation the theme always grabs the thumbnail size for shop images which make them look really shit. Please note that you can modify the shop image sizes in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images > Thumbnail width. If the change doesn’t immediately take effect, you should regenerate thumbnails with a plugin such as this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ .

I have an unusual problem. When I go to load my page with the vibez theme, from time to time images and content will not load initially after typing the address and running it in a web browser. I would have to press the enter key a 2nd time for the page to load properly. Is there something that I am missing. I currently have no plugins running and this still happens to me and others I had test the site. Please advise.
