Your latest update causes my website to throw errors. I’ve been uploading each file one by one to the server, to see which files have errors and so far I came across the extend-vc.php. I think there’s also an error in functions.php, based on the error I got the first time I mass-uploaded all of the files. Can you fix these and re-post the update?

Try to login to your WP admin. In the same browser window, open instagram.com in a new tab, find authorized application from edit profile options and revoke access for your site, and then logout for instagram profile you’re logged in at the moment.
Then go to Qode Options -> Social, and click Reconnect button for Instagram, and it will ask you for a new account you want to login to.
If this fails, submit a ticket to https://qode.ticksy.com , and our support team will write you instructions for other way this can be done.

I have little problem after latest theme update to v18.0.1 Qode Product List doesn’t work. There is only shortcode displayed on the front page:
“[qode_product_list info_position=”info-below-image” number_of_columns=”3” space_between_items=”small” orderby=”menu_order” order=”ASC” title_tag=”h6” display_category=”yes” display_rating=”no” info_bottom_text_align=”center” taxonomy_values=”dzienny-ksiazkowy” number_of_posts=”6”]”
I change it to Qode Product List Pinterest but it’s don’t have many features like before: space between items, order by menu order, category display or not etc.
Will these earlier functionalities be restored? The possibilities of configuring the list of products after the upgrade have been significantly reduced.

Hi, I already use your theme for a couple of years for my webshops. The theme is absolutely amazing, almooost amazing! I want to see one change if that is possible. The product details is a very small field. When you have a lot of text it’s very difficult to read. Is it possible to have the product details full width? Update returns a 500 error – Ive checked PHP limits, they are correct, removed .htaccess and plugins folder, nothing helps – if i revert to default WP theme, It removes the error and all is ok. something in the theme is causing an issue

wierd, I just reinstalled Bridge with Child and it works fine
The only issue I face now – Is Advanced Gallery – it doesnt display anymore – its there in the backend (VC), but outputs nothing on the page.
and footer has dissapeared

Updated to 18.0.1: WooCommerce address is back again, but the button on the cart page with “Calculate shipping” the label text Calculate shipping is gone, only the arrow down is shown.
Also checking the code, i see the following:

@Jeroen above, I experienced the same with Fast Velocity Minify. Check the header and see if all Stylesheet are CSS files indeed, and not PHP files. Ifso try going into Qode Theme options and hit save to make these PHP files go to static .css files.

Great update! Got 2 things:
1. The nag screen about v18 does not go away. I have installed and activated the core plugin, but we do not install LayerSlider WP & Qode Twitter Feed as it’s not needed for our websites.
2. The update gives issues with Fast Velocity Minify: we have CSS enabled (but no minify, only combine) , and it breaks the website. The CSS from Bridge is not properly loaded then.

what are the optimal image dimensions (width x height) for your lightbox when combining landscape and portrait images? Like this demo and add portrait images to it http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge/portfolio_page/berlin-design-week-poster/
I have tried using fixed (equal) height with different width. And reverse: fixed (equal) width with different height. In the lightbox still some landscape images cover the entire screen, others are smaller.. The portraits also vary in size.
Also, when viewing the images in the lightbox, on the top left corner is a small text: code interactive strata. Where are the settings so change that to another text for the images?

On same page if I have more “Qode Google Map” only the first sever are working. Is there a limit for this? Because if I delete for example the first map that is working then the first that was not working now it’s working. Can this be fixed?

We upgraded the theme first and was prompted to install the core plugin. The site isn’t working anymore and I have lodged a ticket with the server credentials. I have tried to upload the theme file and still getting the error.

This has been a huge disappointment with Bridge, updates to the theme tend to break my sites, it broke one site and I have zero custom code, its fresh install. Very scary as I have several sites on this theme.

Guys…. this latest version needs some SERIOUS work.
I look after 7 sites running Bridge (4 that I built, 3 by others), and only 1 of them upgraded to version 18 without issue.
Every other site had problems – and not even the same problems.
500 errors, styling problems, you name it.
Please run more tests before releasing major updates… and please get us some bug fixes quickly, haha.

Familiar with the upgrade process. I managed to get 5 of the 7 to behave, in the end.
As for the two that are left, the first silent/soft 500’s on the front end (yes, bridge core was installed and activated), while the other hard 500’s on the front and back end as soon as v18 is installed (before I even get a chance to try and load the plugins.
Spent enough time on it today to conclude that I’ll wait for the next update before testing anything further

I updated to 18.0 version and the settings are not being saved in Qode options page. Its like its not recognizing the option css???? I had to revert back to the old version, and setting up a ticket won’t help as I am not keeping my website like this for a period of time. I do have child theme active but nothing in the functions. It seemed like the css for the child theme wasn’t working
