Hi, ever since the update to Wordpress 5.0+ it seems my UX Builder is deformed.

The menu bar is vertical instead of horizontal, and the box for editing is too small, and seems like there’s no way to adjust position or size.

in checkout page, i disable all field leaving only email address using woocommerce checkout field addon. but it still show ‘billing_first_name’. It wont show on other theme. only on flatsome.
And how to force checkout page to be 1 column? It looks ugly looking at 2 column when email is the only field.

You can add/remove with Woocommerce Checkout page hooks easily. I don’t know that plugin, sorry.
You need to customize the necessary file under flatsome/woocommerce/checkout/layouts depending on the style you chose from Flatsome>Theme Options>Shop>Checkout. You can customize it by copying into the child theme with the exact folder structure.

That’s great news. 
When my products are displayed by “product category”, they populate perfectly by date uploaded. When I use the UX tool to show products in a page and sort by date, it jumbles the order of the products. Is there a fix for this?

You can enable/disable the top bar from Flatsome>Theme Options>Header>Top Bar or remove all the elements from the top bar via the Header Builder.
You can only customize single product pages via UX Builder for now.
Hi there, we are perfectly fine with your theme! Its awesome. After using it for quite a time, i fail to find a way to edit the “THANK YOU PAGE” content on the right side. I know that there is a placeholder for HTML in the Advanced Options, but it only changes the content of the left side of the page. Is there a way to edit the look/layout of the page / exchange the content completly with some custom build page? I tryed to find a file in the theme but didnt found one.
Anybody have experienced the same issue? Would be very glad if somebody can post his found solution (if found).

We’re already working on some new features like creating category/thank you pages via UX Builder. But for now, you can easily redirect your users to a custom Thank You page with Woocommerce hooks or use a 3rd party plugin like YITH Custom Thank You Page for Woocommerce.
Question: why do you tell anyone to submit a “support ticket” if when we do that we have 2 options:
1) To get an answer from someone that don’t have any idea about what is talking about. I mean, I saw better answers from my content writers (regarding wordpress fixes) than from that Michael from your team.
2) No one is going to reply on a second mail when you explain what is wrong. As I said in my first comment. Your theme, have some SEO issues.

The problem is that if there are 100 different pages in that category, the description will be in all 100. That’s pretty bad for SEO.

For everyone else who wants to use that place for I don’t know, a banner or something, they would want for sure to have it on all category pages and the enable/disable option would be the best option

I have detected issue after latest woocommerce update and flatsome theme update. In Chrome on products page 1 in 10 times main product image height is calculated wrong which leads to narrow row with main image and first thumbnail in column. Issue seems to be with flickity-viewport class or flickity itself. First google search results lead to issues calculating image height. Disabling lightbox, zoom on hover doesnt help. Another thing that really annoys me is that on product page links to next/prev product displays products not being in stock as well, hover for catolog visibility is hidden As well as for search results. How to overcome this? But overall, for being customer for 3 years I am very satisfied with this theme! Thank you for your efforts.

Ticket ID – 81930 – I have pointed out a bug but the support agent is not ready to accept the bug and has instead classified the bug as a feature request. Can the author please look into this? I have shared written details and a video also on how to replicate the bug in the theme.

I’ve replied your ticket #81930. It’s not a bug, but also not a feature request. It looks more like a plug-in conflict.
Thanks for your reply, you have to put the code in the description of a variation and not of the variable product (Click on Variations > Select the Variation > Enter Description for that variation) as seen here – https://imgur.com/a/tzkFEvP You will be able to replicate the issue once you do this.
I’ve checked again, you’re right. But it’s still not related to Flatsome. Using a hash in a link is prohibited in that area by the CSP (Content Security Policy). I’ve forwarded the issue to our developer team for further investigation.
