I am about to purchase the theme but i have faced an issue before for my client. Theme font for Menu i.e Mega menu is “europa, and sub menu “europa,sans serif” But when client installed the theme and checked in typography he could not find the “europa” font. ? How can i add the europa font ?

In Jupiter X, where is the root number set to establish the REM. In this article you mention the base Rem (https://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/customizer/choosing-the-best-css-units-in-jupiter-x), but where is the root element established in Jupiter X. A lot of times is the html element, but I don’t see a setting for html in the font & topo section of the customizer. thank you

You can set REM css unit in Customizer > Fonts & Typography in Typography tab https://take.ms/kImbq . What do you mean by “root number”? Could you please clarify what you want to achieve? Thank you.
I’d like to use this, but I am worried it will delete all of the content (wording on pages, images on pages, blog post content, etc) from my site if I do. Is that what will happen??

If you’re using Jupiter 6 version now and want to upgrade to Jupiter X, your content will be lost because Jupiter X uses another page builder than WPBakery – Elementor. You’ll have to re-create all pages with this new editor. I recommend you to install Jupiter X on a staging site for testing at first. Also you can still use Jupiter 6 as it’s supported and new updates will be provided for it. Jupiter X provides a way to set global font size for typography by break point. This is an excellent feature. What would make this even better is if we could also set the line height by breakpoint. Without this option line height can look kind of strange when you set font size for mobile, for instance, because the smaller font size is using a line height that is meant for desktop font sizing.

You don’t need activate it. The plugin is bundled in the theme and can be installed via JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. The updates for it will be provided with the new theme release and when the update it available for ACF, you’ll see “Update” button in JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins and will be able to update it. I am trying to import a template through the Jupiter X control panel, but when I click on “Import a Template” it gives me a hanging loading screen and none of the templates show up. I would like to import the Osogoa Jupiterx theme if possible.
Can you help me figure out why the templates are not loading? As well, is there another way to import a template besides through the Jupiter X control panel?

We need to enable debug mode in wp-config.php file to find any errors that are causing the issue with templates installation. If you have several sites on one server, you can create an FTP user only the site folder you have problem with. Thank you.

If you want to register the theme on different domains, you have to buy a new license for a new domain. Or you can use one license for sub-domains where the key is registered for the main domain name. Thank you.

I’ve had the Jupiter theme for some time. I noticed that there are no more updates for it. And I also saw that there is a new version, Jupiter X. Is it necessary to buy this theme again, in order to have this new version, or can I update the version of Jupiter (6.1.6) I currently use?

You don’t need buy JupiterX if you already have Jupiter 6. Please read this article: https://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/is-jupiter-x-a-separate-theme-from-artbees-or-a-big-update-for-jupiter-6 . If you update to JupiterX, you’ll have to re-create WPBakery pages with Elementor as it’s the main Page Builder and WPBakery was excluded in JupiterX.
The updates for Jupiter 6 will be also provided and this theme is still supported. The developers are still in progress on the Jupiter 6 update and it will be released approximately in 2 or 3 weeks.

If you want to install the theme on different domains, you have to buy each license for each domain. But if you’ll use subdomains, you can generate a license for the main domain name and register the theme on those subdomains with one license. Thank you.

How can you de-active the header builder after it has been activated. I was testing creating a template and then decided I was not going to use the header builder. Now, all my pages that have “Overwrite GLobal Settings” Have the header builder template by default. I cannot delete the template in the header builder as it is used by 15 pages as they had the Overwrite Gloab settings enabled.

Are you using JupiterX or Jupiter 6? If it’s JupiterX, you can select “Default” header type in JupiterX > Customize > Header and default header will be used instead of the custom template. If you selected custom template in the page editor in Post Options, you can select “Global” setting there so the settings from Customizer are used. Thank you.

To disable Header Builder, go to Theme Options > Header and activate “Pre-built Header” option. If you want to disable this setting in the page editor https://take.ms/AM1WM , the header template is inactive when you deactivate Header Builder option in Theme Options. So you shouldn’t worry about this setting, just activate “Pre-built Header” in Theme Options > Header so so the Header Builder templates are disabled. Thank you.
