If you are talking about recurring payments we have 2 options.
1) use bultin payment, we have recurring option with paypal
2) use woocomerce payment gateways, needs woocomerce subscription extension. When you will activate this extentions. Sheduled payment option will be available in each woocomerce product

We have option to create unlimited pricing plans based on various features, you can allow number of listings in each plan, user would be able to submit listing in that plan as per provided limit. User can purchase multiple plans as well. Listing will be expired as per duration set in that particular plan. After expiry you can set to suspend listing or downgrade to any other plan.

Subscriptions works just like simple woocomerce orders, with woocomerce payment gateway you will create 1 woocomerce product for each pricing plan and select product data type listing. Now if you have woocomerce subscription addon buyer’s order will be renewed after each set interval just like simple woocomerce order.
