Hello, at the beginning i started to work in domain named “example1” , now i transfered all the files to other domain “example2” , but i can’t enter theme license code, because it tells “This code was already used in example1” but all the files of “example1” is deleted , and i can’t unmount license code now. what to do?

Hi, After updating the theme I encounter a new issue when sharing a link on facebook. When I share the main site url, it shows meta information (page name, author, date) in front of a snippet which make it looks a bit odd… How do I turn this meta date off? The theme options at meta post setings dont seem to have an effect. This was not the case before my update.

First of all, these are not the issues but these are the core functionalities of the Theme.

1. There is no option in the Theme for that, but you have to Customize it as per your requirements for changing the time-out for the Add-to-Cart pop-up type 2 by editing the file “woocommerce-theme.js” under wp-content/themes/porto/js

2. No, There is no Option in the Theme for that, again you have to make it possible using Customization or with the help of any third party plugin but at your own risk as we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issues.

3. Yes, You can by using simple Custom CSS. Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the value in the given code as per your requirements it will work for you.

I just found a really bad issue :( I have been using the custom tabs to add product video to my products using the youtube iframe option and today i just found that the video was dissapeared from a product.

I went into product editor and found that the video link was dissapeared from the Custom Tab 1 Content. I added it again and found that it was not saved. Actually it was not possible to save any HTML, only clean text.

I opened another product which still had the video tab intact and everything looked ok. BUT when i hit the update/save button all content of the Custom Tab 1 Content dissapeared which means another product without a video.

I have now checked many of my products just to find that many of the videos has dissapeared because these products now and then has been updated, and it is not possible to add the videos again. Also products which still have video and text in the Custom Tab 1 Content is all messed up, there is no line break..

Tested now on 3 live sites and all has the same issue. This is really bad as i now have a hell of a job to add in all the lost videos again if you get the problem fixed :(

If you want to change any work you have to edit the porto-pt_PT.po file and change any word in it as per your requirements and save changes and then create the mo file from that po file and replace those both files at the same place it will work for you. You can use this software for editing the po file and generating mo file from that po file: https://poedit.net/

And you can change the site Language from WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and change the site language from there as per your requirements.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme with all latest plugins.

If yes, then please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate the theme required plugins then check the site, I am sure your issue will be solved. I think this is an 3rd party plugin conflict issue.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the “Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha” plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team at nicework125@gmail.comf or paid Customization services.

Hey, Is it possible to ask your tech team to answer the support tickets a little bit faster? I understand there are a lot of tickets to answer, but it does not help anyone to wait so long time to get one small answer, or even when I waited whole day for your help, and the answer i got from you was not helping at all. I have sent a tickets about telephone versjon of my site is showing strange (And with this isse I have sent mange tickets, every time they say that they have fixed it, and after few hours it went wrong again), and today I got an email from them, that They have fixed it, but when i checked, the page looks exactly same with errors! How many times should I send the tickets to you, so you can really fix it? Or are you able to fix it? Just wanna say that they asked me to remove browser cache, then check the side. I did it, and I deleted all the data on my phone, but it looks still same. I even borrowed my friends phone to check. But unfortunately that the page does not work well on mobilephone.
