That Search Form is coming from wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/layout.php so in order to remove it and use your own form in header you have to Customize the Theme core file as per your requirements or if you simply want to turn it OFF you can do it from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Header >> Search Form.

First of all, these are not the issues but these are the core functionalities of the Theme.

1. There is no option in the Theme for that, but you have to Customize it as per your requirements for changing the time-out for the Add-to-Cart pop-up type 2 by editing the file “woocommerce-theme.js” under wp-content/themes/porto/js

2. No, There is no Option in the Theme for that, again you have to make it possible using Customization or with the help of any third party plugin but at your own risk as we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issues.

3. Yes, You can by using simple Custom CSS. Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and change the value in the given code as per your requirements it will work for you.
