1 – You can make a reservation both on the front-end and inside the admin dashboard. You can apply a payment at anytime using the status update.
2 – Yes, we include a form builder and styling (it’s all bundled and included)
3 – Yes, you won’t be charged extra fees by us or our plugin. It’s all bundled for the theme price.

Hi, I really appreciate your response. One last thing to clarify from the 1st question. If I make a reservation or booking from front-end but without payment, would it be possible to continue/save my booking and receive an email from the admin if im eligible to have my set booking date and room even without payment? Its more like just having my selected date booked and those rooms saved and once the admin/owner saw that booked date without payments, us admins will be the one to grant or not their booked dates and rooms without payment yet.
Yes, you can set it up so that the payment is not required, but that dates still get booked (you can choose the default pending state). The admin can always go in after and set the state from “pending” to “approved” or “paid” Is that what you are asking about?
yes, that’s right, that’s exactly im looking for. but that pending state can be mixed also if somebody wants to pay half/partial the rest will paid in full on arrival and if somebody wants to pay in full online?

Hi, I bought this beautiful theme yesterday. I want to use if to rent a whole house, not the rooms separately. Is this possible? I still want to showcase the different rooms ofcourse. But only want to rent the whole house. Do I make a room with the name ‘house’ or is there a better way? Many thanks!
Hello! Thank you. You can showcase the rooms in the rooms grid, this is how are demos are setup. Then you can have 1 calendar for the whole place, you don’t need to have one for each room. You can add the whole house calendar on each page if you wish, just use the same calendar ID.
The theme actually works great for single rooms and whole house rentals.

Awesome! I indeed went this way. Removed the prices and reservation buttons on the room detail pages and made a pricelist and calender for the whole house on the homepage. Many thanks for the quick reply!

We have built a site with the Bellevue theme but haven’t used the booking system yet, but need to do that before April 1st. Is it possible to try out the new plugin? And does it also rely on woocommerce for the payments?
If we wanted to avoid woocommerce, would the Hbook or Motopress hotel booking plugin work with this theme? (may be an impossible question but just asking if you had any experience )

We will be supplying everyone that purchase before April 1, 2019 with a copy of WP Booking System + the new Hotel Booking Plugin. On and after April 1, 2019 we’ll be leading with the new Hotel Booking Plugin + WooCommerce Add-on.

Hey. Yes, I’m currently using one by DuracellTomi’s. The thing is that the default option sets the code into the footer which is not recommended by Google. The custom option still asks to put the code after Body tag. Can you help me to find Body in the directories so I can follow the standard practice?

Try using the Child Theme, then copy over base.php into your child theme and add in your code. I’ll make sure to add a hook in the future.

1-I haven’t started building the website yet since I really want to start with the new version of the theme. When do you think the “big update” would be ready for download?(Final release, not the beta one)
2-You have stated that WPML is “certified” in the details page. Does that mean that there can be problems if I use Polylang?
3-What can you say using scrolling/one page version of the theme for a city hotel website? Any bad effects on SEO or performance of the website? Should I prefer the multipage version?

I’ll do my best to answer here:
1 – Yes, we are so very close. I can send you the version I have, it’s beta but it’s the same one that we will be releasing as an update to our previous customers. We just need a little more time for testing.
2 – Our theme works great with WPML, you can also use Pollylang without any issues.
3 – I would go with what looks best for your content, the site will be ready for SEO regardless. If you have a lot of content, then break it down into multiple pages, if you don’t have a lot, then you can use the one pager style

Yeah, I sent 2 emails on Feb 12th and 13th. Probably they got in to the spam folder. I don’t understand why Yahoo does this, most of the emails I sent go to recipient’s spam folder.
1-Well, if so I can purchase and start building with your version instead of the current release. Just a question here: Is there a risk of things may fall apart in beta version or when updating to the final version after the beta? If there isn’t any risk, thus I would be a tester of that version.
2-Not sure of using a translation plugin or setting up Wordpress as multisite. (By the way, is Multisite supported by the theme?)
The problem is Motopress plugin doesn’t have multi-currency feature, and I need to show different room rates on different language versions of the website. That’s why I’m thinking of Wordpress multisite. Any ideas?

1 – No risk The beta will work the same as the release. There might be slight changes but nothing major. You won’t loose any work.
2 – Yes, we fully support translation. The theme works great with Multisite.
3 – Hmm, we do include the WooCommerce addon, does that provide multi currency? What do other sites do? I’m guessing they pay in one main currency, and provide an exchange rate calculator, no?

Hey, that’s not exactly what I have asked for. I’m planning to build and launch the website without using any booking plugin at first. I may install your bundled plugin later or maybe I’ll add a booking button(widget) for another online booking system. Is it fine to do this? And if I decide to go with the bundled plugin later, am I going to have any problems with the design of the pages? Thanks.
Yup, that scenario would work as well. You don’t have to use the booking system and you can continue to upgrade to new versions without any repercussions. We pay a lot of attention to backwards compatibility. You are good to go. Let us know if you have any questions.

Version 2 is using Elementor, which is aweeomse, but the pages in V1 used a different builder, so you would need to recreate your pages. Luckily the page templates in Elementor can be cloned and imported. You can even break pages down into sections and blocks, so building a page is super fast in the new version

Quick question…can this theme be used for both normal real estate (for sale/for rent) AND seasonal listings?

How to edit/translate word “All”. There is no option in Rooms/Room Types
It should be translatable but you can always hide it, and create a new Room Type called ‘All’. Then you can translate that.

7. Is it possible to have different prices per night depending on the day of the week? – YES, as far as I know, you can choose specific dates per season (Sat, Sun) and apply a price for that.
8. Is it possible to integrate/synchronize rooms availability with a PMS software? We use Wintouch, it’s not mandatory but it’d be awesome; – I’m pretty sure it works with most accomodations, AirBNB, Hotels.com ,etc, any ical supported system. That’s what I’m reading, I have not tested this.

I read this in the comments: “Customers can not review the dates they have selected before checkout and payment. The Checkout page only show 1 room even if they booked many different rooms. Overall I can not used this template for my business” Is this issue already fixed?

Those comments are from our current booking system, we are releasing our new one in the next few weeks It’ can do all of those things.
I know how Elementor works and I agree with you but as you may understand I have a whole website made with Visual Composer, is there any change for your theme to be compatible with that?
VC should work but we’ve created all of our content blocks to work with Elementor, we don’t include VC blocks to match our design/live demo. I hope that make sense. If not, please let us know.
Is it possible with WP booking to import to the website calendars from Booking, airbnb, etc ?
We have two booking systems at the moment, one does a two way sync (import and export), it’s in beta mode and I can send you a pre-release. The other is one that we have been bundling for years, it does one way sync (export). So yes, you can do two way sync but the two way is not officially bundled, however, i can send you a pre-release, the import/export works great.
I’m just afraid to buy the theme and then the booking system won’t work as I expected… why does it remain in a pre-release?
We’ve acquired a booking plugin that does all of the items you have requested, we are in the midst of integrating it into our theme (styling). Phase one will be complete this week. Phase two will be complete in the next few weeks.
So if you purchase the theme today, I’ll send you the full plugin for free and also include the WooCommerce add on. We have a special license to do this.
The plugin itself has already been released, it does all the items you have listed above and works with our theme already, however, we are improving the styling to match our theme more closely.
Coming in the next few weeks will be advanced styling support as we start bundling the plugin officially with our theme. So some awesome update are on their way. but you get all the awesome functions already.
