Hello, can you help me please to translate “Home” text in breadcumbs and “Related Deals” title ?
You can translate the strings as every other Themeforest theme – with a plugin like Loco Translate.
That’s what I did and I can not find the strings that translate “Home” text in breadcumbs and “Related Deals” title.
Please download couponhut.pot and copy it in wp-content\themes\couponhut\lang overwriting the previous file. This will add the text strings for translation.
Hey, how does it work with the deals section? Is there a split payment system for stripe so the admin and the business get paid or does it work in a different way?
There is no business payment system implemented in the theme As for the clients, the theme uses the WooCommerce payment gateways, so you can use Stripe.

I am not sure that answers my question. How do we get paid/how do the clients get paid if they are selling products directly on the site? Even if commission is not available?
As we said above, there is no such payment system available. CouponHut is created for mainly affiliated links created by the site administrator.

Hello, 3 simple questions:
1. How can my users submit a “star rating review”? The comments can be submitted properly, however as soon as I click on the stars on the top section, nothing happens.
2. I have tried to upload background images in both, category and company widgets (sidebar), nothing shows up after I upload the images but a color background.
3. When showing a single deal, how can I add a right side bar? I cant find any option to add it.

Please make sure that you have updated to the latest 2.9.9 and you don’t have any custom made changes to the theme files.
It seems your support is expired, please renew it so we can continue providing you with help.
After that disable any 3rd party plugins that come with the theme because there could be a faulty one present.

i have some questions regarding the customisation of theme

2) i dont want to make this website worldwide but only for india and in each state where users can select there respective state and check deals in their local market area in those states as show in the attchement i want to change “country field in the theme with state option and city with market option” like here http://subsolardesigns.com/couponhut/front-page-alternative/ can it be possible can i change the text from country to state and city to market(check attachment)
3) Can u have also the whatsapp share feature in your app means deals can be shared on whatsapp by members
4) can merchant post their own deal and it will be approved by me as an admin. Can one printable coupon deal can have multiple codes like a different set of codes giving each code coupon to each buyer to avoid any duplicate coupon fraud.

Do you mean a deal like this one – http://subsolardesigns.com/couponhut/deal/pool-and-drinks-vacation/ . You can create a deal and add a coupon code for it that is shown when the deal is clicked/opened. It also redirects you to a website where you can apply that coupon.
But how to connect affiliate link and coupon code. Any documentation. Please reply.

The theme cannot generate coupon codes. You need to get the code from Amazon, so if they have such a functionality – they will for sure have explanations how to connect your products, affiliate links and coupon codes.

We are looking for a Groupon / Coupon type theme that is multi-vendor capable, allows us to setup, track and pay affiliates to market our site thru their own affiliate links (similar to how WP Affiliate Manager https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/ does) and allows us to pay vendors and our marketing affiliates using PayPal Mass Pay.
Can you please tell me if this theme can do all of this and if so, what additional plugins or add-ons will be needed?
CouponHut doesn’t feature vendor fees.
You can try our other theme CouponSeek ( https://themeforest.net/item/couponseek-deals-discounts-wordpress-theme/21816376 ). It uses the Products post type of WooCommerce and you shouldn’t have problems running “WordPress Affiliate Manager” on it.
The theme also comes with the free version of the WC Vendors ( https://www.wcvendors.com/ ) plugins It includes commissions. We recommend you check the plugin site to see if it works for you.
CouponSeek is also compatible with the paid WooCommerce Memberships plugin.

I am currently using WilCity Theme which is a directory listing theme with Woocommerce integration and Dokan Multivendor store integration. Its great ,but I need a lot of the Deal rendering and management functionality that you are providing in your theme.

Yes, deals can be bought more than once. I guess you mean applying one more discount if more than one item is bought? Unfortunately, this isn’t possible with the theme.
hi when i try to edit the “expiring date” on a deal, the calendar pop up is not appearing anymore. Also, if I try to manually enter the date and save the page, it still does not work. Can you please tell me how to fix this issue? I understand my support is expired but its a main function that just stopped working all of a sudden. thank u

Please disable any 3rd party plugins one by one to see which one is causing issues. Make sure that you don’t have problematic plugins installed.

We have purchased this theme through our membership options on themeforest and just cannot seem to get this website to load the full demo data and have it looking like your current website preview whatsoever.
Plus we are unable to put advertising banners in place.

You can install the 1 Click Demo of the theme from “Tools > Demo Content Install”. You will have your site structured the same way as the demo. The images are not included in the installation as they are copyrighted and every client will want their own images anyway.

This would need changes to the scripts.js file of the theme. You can remove the “stickyNav()” function.
Please notice, if you change the theme files, it’s recommended to use the child theme (more information here – https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes ), as the changed files will be overwritten if the theme is updated.
If you don’t have the needed knowledge, we strongly recommend hiring a freelancer.
hi is there a way to add a deal category in the menu? I think many people would prefer to see all the deal categories on a sticky menu rather than looking for the deal category section on a page. thanks

Yes, you can add the categories in the menu. Go to Appearance > Menus and in the top right of the window click Screen Options. There you can check the Deal Categories so that you have them as options to add in the menu.
Hi, i have a few questions: 1) Can I set up that only registered users can post a deal comment? 2) Can I set the Deals page as “List view” instead of grid or tiles? 3) When clicking on a deal, the Timer and white field with text description and “buy button” are on the right of the deal picture, thus blocking almost half of the picture. Can I seperated the picture clearly on the left and the text box on the right?

1) This can be achieved using the native WordPress options. Under ‘Discussion Settings’ you’ll find the option: ‘Users must be registered and logged in to comment’.
(From your Wordpress admin dashboard, click ‘Settings’, then ‘Discussion’, and you’ll find it there.)
2. There is only Grid view available.+
3. A second layout is available – http://subsolardesigns.com/couponhut/deal/carnival-makeup-and-costumes/ But keep in mind that the image is always 500px height and 60% of the content width so some clipping will occur too.

When you edit the page, you have to click the blue Visual Editor button. It will open the visual page builder which is used for the layout of the pages and there you can edit those elements.
