Hello, We just purchased the theme, temporarily we will be using the theme to our test domain/website, can we move the theme as well as the license of the theme to the final domain once where domain with the test domain?

DO NOT BUY if wanting to use The7 with Custom Posts or Taxonomies.

If you use custom post types and/or taxonomies, all List/Grid functionality WILL NOT WORK and supports find little value in adding the feature.

After updating The7 theme I can’t access wp-admin page

I have a question about Ultimate Add-Ons. I have noticed that the Ultimate Add Ons stand alone plugin offers more features than the one that comes bundled with this theme (e.g., Custom Thumbnail Image, Play Button Customizations and Loading Time Optimizations for Video Players; and image separator as an option for the row separator feature in your bundled plugin). Is there a plan to integrate these features into the bundled Ultimate Add Ons or would it cause problems to purchase the Ultimate Add Ons plugin separately to activate these features with the 7 theme? I really love this theme, btw. Great job.

Hello, I’ve got error in Google search console wich says : It must be indicated “offers”, “review”, ou “aggregateRating” This error show for all products, category product page and shop page. i have disable voting in the7 setting and the product review in woocommerce setting is disabled too. My experience with Dream Team so far: After leaving web design alone for 10-15 years, I came back to a new website & design world. the7 theme was chosen for our Online Vape Store here in New Zealand, and it was a year of frustration to start, due to lack of new tech understanding. I stuck with it and never contacted support during our support time. Heaps of competition turned up late 2018, and google changed their method of scanning for SEO, so I had a real big job for improvements.

I have dealt with many developers across the world, experiencing many not delivering with very odd ‘standard practices’ to their paying clients, with no intent to deliver a few lines of code, advising extra php code is paid ‘customization’.

My tricorn is tipped to the team at the7, even with my support out of date, they assisted with a few niggly modifications that were relatively easy for the Dream-Theme, but a lot of de-kerfuffling for me to Jimmy Up! This is how it should be.

Hi! I have SSL now on our page and used a plugin to update all http links to https, but the google fonts are still loaded trough http so i have mixed content error on our page. I have tried your suggestion that to go to admin area through HTTPS then resave theme options but it didnt help. I was checkin the header.php to make the google fonts link agnostic but didnt find the code. Could you please help me out! thank you!

The logo I upload looks blurry and Im not able to issue a ticket because it says that the email is being used. I try to reset the password to be able to access the account and then it sends me en email saying that there should be a link to reset password, but there is no link.

Also, is there a one-click feature to completely remove the previously imported demo site? The site does not look exactly like the demo site…top-heard is missing background and text layout and a few other things are out of place…thx!

A few months ago I bought the system and installed the Corporate Theme. A few months ago I noticed that it is a bit slow, I thought it was my hosting or some change that I made, but after I made a PageSpeed Insights to all the themes of Th7, I saw that from the beginning it is very slow. Here I leave a test of PageSpeed Insights by Google.

I’m not asking for technical support, I think this is something that you have to take action quickly, because a page that loads slowly is very bad for SEO. Many of my clients tell me that the page loads very slowly. Please, do something about it in the following updates or tell me how I can do it myself.
