Trying to make the header smaller and it’s not working. And when I change the color on text or background it doesn’t happen right away, I have to wait about an hour before it changes? Also I don’t want to use the map option, thought I removed it by I’m also getting a pop that says:

Sir i all ready bought two theme one of them adforest theme but it is not support WPML and always something cont be cover so i asked wp-admin access for demo or if there are any refund option whiten first three days hope you will understand me case and help me on that
Our theme is supported with wpml, as pwr mentioned if any claimed feature does not exist or not working support team will help you out to fix or you will be eligibal for refund.
I am not certified with this theme. I am having several issues with this theme.
I laid the the complaint of the category expand+button for more than 3 weeks now, it hasn’t been rectified. And this time around, editing page always disappear in whole… making it impossible to edit listings. Technical team could not solve it too and they are keeping quiet to solve it for nearly 3 weeks now.
If your technical team that wrote the theme can’t solve these, then there is a problem! I personally believe that there is an error, flaw, failure or fault in source code of your theme that causes it to behave in unintended ways. I strongly believe that this so called bug arise from mistakes and errors made in either a program’s source code or its design.
The worst thing is they sometimes pick queries to answer and leave other standing… keeping me in the dark. I have spent time and energy configuring the theme to an extent befor what the the tech team called bug surfaced. And this has not been solved till this moment… I can’t wait for eternity.

Hi Chyvak, i can see your ticket in queue for technical team, they mentioned an issue which only appear at your installation and never reported, listing got disappearing from dashboard because visual composer adding vc_hide class automatically to row. they will resolve your issue today hopefully.
How can it be in queue?? I have even given them my host’s password for days now. No word! Nothing has been done! Would I wait them for eternity. Time is money.
I need constant update, and not just keeping quiet while I wait… keeping me in the dark made me to believe the are unable to fix it.
And also the categories I spent weeks putting together, they have distorted them. I just hope they have the back up.

You boasted of Google Map & MapBox Integration, but that’s not obtainable as buyer pay for Google server API. I am forced to remove it entirely as using it without API causes a lot of pop ups.
Adding Google Map as your new feature is right. Or is it?
Google has imposed restriction for us of google map, payment required by google.

No there is no agreement, google map platform was free previously but now they required payment enabled, we have integrated mapbox but still in testing phase will be available soon.

- “The Registration of new user” notification sends wrong messages.
- Why is the notification sent by WordPress instead of my domain name?

Yes, you can call it a waste of time while you have access to the support team or can give a direction on what to do. I understand you’re not part of the support team but sometimes one doesn’t know what else to do. Just tell me in case of emergency, what can one do??
Every update yours comes with a lot of distortions and resetting. Though they fix it but it takes several hours or a days. Can you imagine this your site distorted or going off for days while you wait for someone that couldn’t even give you a response? Right now, I don’t even know whether to revert to the previous version or not.
My site doesn’t show on mobile devices, showing error codes and I raised a ticket for 18 hours now but no response. whether they’re on it or not, no one can tell. I am still setting up the theme and most time I wonder if it’s what I’ll be going through when I finally launch this site and people start registering. Did you think of that??

I have had an issue with listings not expiring for many months. I wait and wait for the issue to be addressed and fixed. Nothing. I submit support tickets for help (I pay for support) and it can take days to get a reply and then nothing is done. I am so frustrated!!

Thank You. I have outlined how to recreate the problem in my ticket so it should be a clear path to fixing the issue. With that said, the software is amazing and I stick with it because once the issues (like the listing expiry are fixed) this will be the best wordpress plugin ever.

Hi there, sorry for inconvinience, i can see internal note by technical team member, this case is unique to your installation they need further investigation which may take some time. Server side issues some time look longer. Technical team will only respond after issue resolve or need further information. I hope they will resolve your issue today.
I don’t know why it’s unique to my install as I completely re-installed a fresh new version without modification and was able to re-create the problem instantly. Maybe they can try to re-create on their end I guarantee it will be duplicate. I hope today it’s fixed too. I’m not holding my breath since I have been trying to get them to address this issue for 6 months. I will stop posting here for now unless this becomes even worse and they give me the run-around. Again, I realize this is your public forum.

1. Google Maps doesnt seem to work across the theme, keep getting error: Google Maps is no longer free. You must enable billing with a credit card and have a valid API key for all of your projects. https://developers.google.com/maps/billing/understanding-cost-of-use
2. Homepage / Sort By: Date-Title-Price Can we add sort by Reviews? or Location? I doubt anyone sorts an ad by title…
3. Is there an Advanced search filter somewhere to allow users to search using the predefined custom categories or tags or custom fields? I see the Filter search widget but it’s basically the same one for all types of categories and listings, can we customize this?
4. Packages: Sticky ad feature not available on any of them?
5. Listing form submission: I noticed everything is in the form, for instance, I don’t want “Listing Claim” to be in the form as I will disable this feature on the backend, also, Event – Start Date: / End Date: , Property Type, etc. Can we customize what fields go in the Form submission on the frontend or is this all bundled up by default?
6. Listing form: I noticed we can select multiple Categories, can we limit it to one?? otherwise charge extra for additional categories?
7. Listing form: Brand name and Events within the same form? again, is this form the standard default form for ALL categories or can customize the fields?
8. Form Submission: I chose Category / Services / Cleaning, but when the Order was submitted, it was showing under category “Bike for sale”.. not sure whats going on here…
9. Unable to Edit listing in the User Dashboard

12. http://classiads.designinvento.net/classiads-fantro/ When viewing the listings, I click on the Address (State, city) but it doesn’t filter all the ads in that State/city)
