It seems to be a problem of plugin WooCommerce Multilingual or another plugin. Please deactivate plugins one by one to find out the broken plugin.

Regarding your questions:
1. At this moment, you need to customize the header template in a child theme to replace the cart icon by social icons. This theme prepared templates for header layouts, editing them is pretty simple.
2. Yes, this theme has an option for it. You just need to enable it in the settings panel.
3. This theme includes WPBakery Page Builder, you can use it to design your pages.
4. Yes, it is possible.

We’re sorry but at this moment, there is no option for it. You can only use a child theme to customize the header template to replace it.
How would I do it with a child theme?
Is there any other way to show the social icons on the header?
You just need to copy the header template file to your child theme and edit it directly.
At this moment there is no easier way to do it.
Hi there, I have some pre-sales questions:
1. Any future plans on Ajaxifying the shop sidebar filters: categories/price filter/variable-terms (colour, size etc.)?
2. On shop/category pages, when I click the Add to Cart icon, I receive a message that the item has been added to the cart. That’s good UX. But what about when on a Quick Shop page? The added to cart message is hidden because the user is inside an overlay/iframe now. Can the message appear inside the quick shop overlay? – I guess I’m asking if this feature can be added on your end as a theme update?
3. The Hot, Sales, New filters that are Ajaxified, would it be possible for me to change one of them to Branded? Like if I wanted to change Hot to Branded instead.
4. Your theme comes with a child theme I presume? I like to make customizations and I find each theme can be built slightly differently, it’s always best when the theme comes with a child theme packaged with it.

Regarding your questions:
1. The current product filters on the sidebar do support ajax now. You just need to click on the “Filter” button to activate it. In the next update, we will try to make them run without that button.
2. In the next update, we will make that message display on the quick-view overlay. Then people will see it in every situation.
3. At this moment, you can change it to categories or tags. You can use tags for your brands.
4. Yes, this theme comes with a child theme included. And it follows the standard of WordPress. Therefore it helps you customize the theme easier.

I have a few more questions:
1. The product categories search bar, which is activated by clicking on the Search icon in the top right of the header, where does that go on Mobile? I see there is a search bar in the left sidebar pop-out navigation on mobile, but that searches the entire website, not just product categories. It’s also not a live AJAX search. Just wondering if it’s possible and easy to have the product live search still be accessible from the header as that icon.
2. I just want to clarify something from question #3 from before: above the products on the Shop page there is a navigation bar. On the left side is All Products, Hot Products, New Products, Sales Products. Can I easily just rename one of them? Like I want to rename Hot Products to Branded Products. And instead of the red label on the products saying “HOT” I want it to say “Branded”. Is this possible?

Hi I noticed a few more things I just wanted to check with you.
3. On mobile, when you click on a product image, instead of the Quick Shop modal the link takes you right to the product page. Correct? Just making sure that’s what’s supposed to happen.
4. I will want to remove the 6, 5 and 4 column grid icons, and instead just set all shop and category pages to be 4 columns. Besides using display: none; on the grid icons, is there a theme setting to turn them off AND to set the grid to 4 column for all shop and category pages?
5. On this demo page on MOBILE: http://demo.uix.store/sober/shop/?layout_shop=single-left&shop_columns=4 ...when you click/tap Load More until all the products have loaded, the last product is Zip Sneakers. If you click on that product you’re taken to that product page. Now if you tap the BACK button in the browser, you will be back on page 6 of the shop page, but the only product visible will be Zip Sneakers. None of the previously loaded products will be visible. You’re using the Load More button as a fancy way to paginate through the shop pages, but because you offer no normal pagination, once on the last page you’re kind of stuck there. You can’t go back to page 5 or 4 etc. Try doing exactly what I did and you’ll see the major UX issue that arises. Is there a solution for this?

So sorry one last thing, is it possible for the cart icon on MOBILE to display the number of products added to the cart? It does on non-mobile but on mobile the number isn’t visible. Is this on purpose or a bug?

1. We’re sorry but this theme doesn’t support the search icon on the mobile header. With the search bar in the mobile menu pop-out, you can select to search for posts, products or everything.
You can try our new theme – Konte. In this theme, we support ajax search on the mobile header. Actually, you can build the mobile header as you wish.

3. Yes, the quick-view popup will be disabled on mobile automatically. It is not easy to display the quick-view on small screens.
4. There is no other way to hide the columns selector. You can use CSS to hide it only at this moment.
And yes, you can select the default column to 4 columns. Without the columns selector, products will be displayed in 4 columns on all shop and category pages.
5. We know it is a UX issue, but we have to accept it. This is not an easy issue. Most of the websites have to accept it without a complete solution, even with large companies’ websites. If you check the facebook website on mobile (the web version, not the app), you will see the same issue.

6. Yes, it is possible. You just need to enable the counter badge for cart icon in the theme settings panel.

I really like the theme. But one important thing which is missing is that the cart widget doesn’t show number of products added in the mobile view. Atleast it should highlight the cart such that the visitor understands that product has been added to cart

Hi, I’m interested in buying this theme. However I notice some issue with your Next and Previous arrows.
You see, clicking on either the Next or Previous arrow doesn’t bring me to the product in the same category. Instead it brings me to the next product in alphabetical order which is under a total different category.
For eg: when I click on the Next arrow on this page: http://demo.uix.store/sober/product/azure-tote/, which is under the “Bag” category, it brings me to http://demo.uix.store/sober/product/black-glasses/, which is under the “Accessories” category.
Is it possible to make it such that clicking the Next or Previous arrow will bring me to a product under the same category?

Firstly, thanks for that beautiful theme. I enjoy using Sober.
What is my question is;
In my site I’m using header v6 but having issues about centering the logo. On mobile it works fine and makes the logo centered even in vertical or horizantal position on any phones. But on desktops, the option is just for left align. I tried to find a solution over css but for the logo, align (middle-center) doesnt work. Using logo margin is not suitable for me because on different devices and resolutions, the position of the logo will be always different. Than I tried something else in .header-v6 .sitebranding. I changed the value float:left to float:center and It worked. But this time, all the icons on the right on desktops and the shopping cart icon on mobiles moved one line below the header. So, not a useful solution I’ll be glad if you can help via code or something for centering the logo in v6.

But it doesn’t start downloading anything. Additionally, If I try to upload demo files manually, again, after setting the corresponding files, nothing happens! All the plugins are installed properly and activated (the required and the optionals): Sober Addons, Soo Demo Importer,... Additionally, I have checked the Woocommerce status and everything is in green color, from the server side it’s all ok…

By default, Sober display products in 2 columns on mobile. But with small screen devices (like iPhone 5 or 5s), it will display products in 1column. If you want to display them in 2 columns, please add this CSS to Appreance > Customize > Additional CSS:

Thanks for this, but these are not woo commerce products. I setup a row with 4 columns and used the banner image element in each column. When I view it on mobile it gives me a 1 column view instead of a 2 column view.

One more thing. The image carousel element doesn’t work correctly. I set my image carousel to slider loop, but at the end of the slider loop it displays blank white images before it loops back to the beginning. This doesn’t look right. How can I rectify this so that it loops properly? The first image should start after the last one in the carousel?

- The WPBakery Page Builder support to change the number of columns on mobile. Please edit rows and select the “Responsive” tab to change the column width to “1/2” for mobile.
- You need to enable the “Loop” option to make the carousel run continuously.
