The issue you’re facing is probably because the Core plugin is not updated. Since we had major update of the theme, you will have to perform the update by following these steps: https://mediclinic.mikado-themes.com/documentation/#getting_started_updating_mediclinic When you’re updating theme, first thing you will have to do before updating is to remove our Mikado plugins (most important Mikado Core), update the theme following those steps from the link that we provided above and install the plugins that you’ve removed directly on dashboard.
You can update Wordpress to 5.2, our themes are compatible with the latest version.

We rechecked again on page speed insights you’ve share and some other tester tools. As we could see there is no need to be worried and there is no way to do anything in theme code in order to make this better. We think that speed is ok and actual opening on mobile device is good, too.

How can I fix the issue of Main Menu, it was jumping on the below row, sit on above the main banner. The main menu should turn into the 3 lines (Mobile collapsed menu) whenever the main menu touch the logo responsively. OR Can we set a fixed width on menu for example if the width of the site lesser than 1000px, the menu will turn to mobile (3 lines) menu version, and if the width bigger than 1000px the menu will show in full?
