Hello, I try install jammsession but is impossible, installation is very long and stop finnaly or is fatal error. Where I could send screen shot from my installation? I;m very dissapoint now 
When I try importing content is very long ( all night ) and nothing. When I try make few times I could install some but then is importing slider and fatal error “revSlider” on line 342 and I cannot use it…why?

My mobile menu display stopped working and I am not sure why. The last thing I did to the site was delete envato toolkit and install envato market. I have also contacted envato support. One more thing – when I have a plug in and tell it to delete from my admin area, the site doesn’t do anything when I click delete. I always have to do the delete the plug in files directly from my webhost files. I have always had this issue. Any insight is appreciated.
Hi, first of all, please make sure that you have the latest version of the theme. The issue regarding the plugin deletion is not related to the theme, but to the WordPress core functionality. Can you please send the URL to your website?

Hi there, I had my slider revolution working on my previous website. I have now closed that website and built a different one with the same template. I accidentally deleted the API key so I can not de-register Slider Revolution from the previous domain. Is it possible to get that original API key back somehow? The new ones that I generate do not work as they are not linked to my purchase code.
Hi, the theme does not offer an API key for the premium plugins, since they are part of the theme package. So, did you purchase the plugin separately? If so, then you can discuss this with the Slider Revolution team. If not, please let me know.
Thanks for your answer. I didn’t purchase the plug in separately. It came with the template. At the moment my plugin is not activated as you can only use it in one domain. To deregister from the previous domain and be able to use it in a new one it’s asking me for the API key that is linked to my purchase code. Thanks.
I understand, but in this case, we don’t provide a separate API key for the premium plugins included with the theme. The only license key that you get is the one for the theme, and in this case, you can get it from the Downloads section of your account (go to Downloads – choose JamSession – click on Download and choose “license certificate and purchase code”).
Is there any other way I could deregister my plugin so I can use it in a different domain? Because to do it thorough Themepunch they request an API key.
You can generate an API key from your ThemeForest account – please check the following resource: https://www.themepunch.com/faq/get-api-key-reset-purchase-code/
I have already done that a couple of times and it doesn’t work. The problem is that when you generate a new API key is not the one linked to the purchased code so it doesn’t work to deregister the plugin.
Can you please send a support email to Envato team? Since is a matter of API key and license codes, we cannot do much.

HI. I am having some issues with the video section. My client says all his videos are open to share and view, but I cant get them to work on his site. i keep getting “Error occurred.please try again (playback ID*-*)” Is this the theme, or youtube. I can’t find the issue.

Hi there, love the theme but need some help organizing the Blog page. Right now all the posts show up and it looks a bit confusing. Is there a way to separate the blog into more organized categories or is the masonry style all you offer?

Hi Again, i was wondering why the mobile menu is stuck on the top of the site. Even the demo jamsession website has this problem. The menu overlay / scroll to top isn’t working when using mobile devices. Any suggestions? Is this normal? (Tried chrome, safari on iPhone 7, iPad, MacBook). Thanks

Hi and thank you for being interested in JamSession theme. Regarding your question, the theme does not provide an out of the box functionality for mp3 download, but you can use one of the available free plugins for that, like Easy Media Download. Please let us know if you have more questions.

since the update to 4.8.2 there is a different layout between being logged into the backend and being not logged in. The Slider-Video won’t load if I’m not logged in. Also the new music section shows three empty “song bars”, but no music is playable. The new videos are shown in three big boxes instead of the smaller ones next to each other. Any suggestions? (I already tested different browsers and cleared caches)
The theme requests the deprecated “theme forest wordpress toolkit” instead of the new envato market plugin. When will this be updated?

Hi Trise, regarding the video slider – this might be a functionality change related to the latest version of Slider Revolution. I am not sure about this, I need to check on your website. Also, regarding to the music section – I guess this is related to the music player visual composer element, this was fixed in the latest theme update. Hiya great looking theme , I’ve narrowed my search down to three ! I really want the site to look as organic as possible , but work really well etc , is it fairly easy to change the page names and titles text with pictured text ? i.e. so they can appear written or drawn by hand ? would that translate/resize still to different devices ? Or am i making things really difficult . Thank you very much .All the best x
Hi, unfortunately at this moment you cannot replace the page title with a image, this functionality is not supported. Regarding the theme responsiveness, it was created to adapt to different screen sizes, so from this point of view you should not worry. Please let us know if you have more questions.
