Hi laraiturain! We are sorry but it’s not easy to understand your language, please use English that is universal. It seems you need info for the Max Input Vars. In case this depends on you server and it’s different for any server, if you are on a good host you have 3000 by default and you don’t need to edit anything. As for documentation, our suggestion, it is to ask your host (this is a free operation) since some host don’t give you the possibility to edit your own.

I´m working at local, not with a host. So I don´t know how I can´t change de input max vars
Hi i use this theme for my website but i have now a problem i use tow media gallery in the page with Gallery Module=”isotope” and Layout Modes=”Masonry” the first one is not hidden and the second one is hidden and i have a button if i click at the button i show the second one. the problem is when i click at the button some times can i see the second media gallery and some times i can not see it. when i did not see the second Gallery i try to resize the window the second one will show.

We are sorry but it’s not possible to help just in words if you create a setup that is not present in all our demos, it seems you created something custom (since in Uncode we don’t have an option do hide or show modules on buttons clicks). The only suggestion I have is to verify you assigned 2 different Unique Widget ID to the modules in the General settings of the Media Gallery module.

What does tailored Vcomposer means? Is the builder same as Visual Composer?

Hi, been using Uncode for about a year and absolutely loving it. Very excited to see the new update recently, a lot of features I had been waiting for! I’ve updated the theme – current version is 2.0.2 – but I can’t see any of the new features – eg. animated header/demo content etc… Am I doing something wrong? Or do I have to buy the theme again? Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hey, I found the mistake. When I activate the animation (lines curtain) in heading, the links are deactivated. It only seems to happen in animation (lines curtain). Idea why this happens?

Is there a way to filter the gallery with an alphabet sorting? Meaning if I want to see all titles that start with an “A” I could just press that and it will show me all titles starting the the letter “A”

I’ve updated my site to the newest Uncode version, but now the footer and the woocommerce cart icon on the menu are missing. They simply don’t appear.

I started having problems where I couldn’t change any HEADER FONT SIZES. I went through all of the theme settings repeatedly, tried custom CSS —nothing works! No matter what I do, I always wind up with a 12-point header!!! I got so frustrated, I blew the whole site away with a fresh Word Press and Undsn install. And guess what! The first time I was able to get the 120px header size I wanted, but when I centered it in the WPBakery editor, THE FONT SIZE REVERTED BACK AGAIN to 12-point size, and though I have tried every single setting, I CANNOT CHANGE IT back from 12px to 120px! Before I blew the previous install away, I tried manually defining the header sizes, but that did nothing. If I can’t even get a h1 to display properly in a header or text box, I won’t be able to use undesgn theme. I have wasted a huge amount of time trying to change my header font size -- any suggestions would be appreciated.

We are sorry for this issue but we cannot help just in words, if set a custom font size is a problem of Uncode here you should see thousand of similar messages but this is not the case (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/). From the description it seems you have a problem with Max Input Vars or cache, do you have any red errors in the System Status? In case share your site URL with a few screenshots of the settings or open a private ticket.
I have completed documentation of this issue for your consideration. There are no notifications for configuration or memory errors that I can see in my dashboard. Where can I upload the screen shots? Here’s the issue summary: Issue: Cannot change any font properties, including font family, font size, centering….any font property changes that are saved do not appear OR any changes cause other fonts to REVERT BACK to previous state. All of my h2’s were stuck at 12 px (and the slider h1’s too, which is why I blew the site away), no matter what changes I made to theme options. (It won’t revert in Preview mode, but all font sizes will revert back if I Save.) However, despite the fresh WP and Uncode install, I continue to have the same “can’t change font properties” issue (shouldn’t h2 be bigger than 12 px? And none of the font sizing options in the WP Bakery editing tool are working for me at all.
Have installed a site cache plugin that enables live refresh, so I’m not seeing cached version. Here are the actions (where can I upload screen shots?) Create new page to demo this issue (“font-issues”) Add Element Row-Heading Heading settings Leave all default CSS OK so the default settings look good, but I want to center the heading Go back into the heading settings and center the heading “I want a news headline here!” text with the heading text editor Save changes. As the screen shots show, when I Save any change to the font settings, the font size reverts back to 12px or regular body text size. I am afraid to change any of the settings, for instance, the slider text isn’t the font family that I want, but if I change it, the h1 will revert back to a 12 or 14px font size.
I had a timeline where I needed to have something on this web site to show, so I decided to try to use a header image since I couldn’t get the heading font size to work, but now the header image isn’t displaying correctly either, even though I have defined the width in the image settings (which I have documented in the screen shots).
Last week I blew the entire site away to start with a fresh Word Press and Uncode install. But lo and behold, I am still having the SAME FONT ISSUES!! Your feedback will help me ask for hosting support, because at this point, they won’t support “theme issues,” though I am wondering if it could be related to server or installation issues?? I am completely stymied, unable to do any work with this site at all, until these issues are resolved (or if I decide to try a different theme or choose html over Word Press). We are sorry but it’s not possible to understand why you have a so wired issue without a check to your site (this is just a simple button and we don’t have similar reports https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/ ), a blank page can be only created by a Memory issue (even if it’s odd you have this when you edit a button), are you compliant with the Server Requirements? Do you have red messages in the System Status? Do you deactivated possible extra plugins?

For example, 3000. Save the file and refresh your website.

Hi laraiturain! If this is for the Max Inout Vars please note that as highlighted in the documentation the best method is to ask your host (it’s free), not all hosts permit you an modify this value (they have a master value) so you need to ask them to upgrade the value.

I am thinking about purchasing theme for a different client, but I am seeing an error on the vertical navigation menu, which is the one I am most interested in using. From width 945px-958px the toggle menu takes up the whole screen with no way to escape out. Is this a glitch that can be resolved before I purchase?

I don’t say you you invented the issue but if we can’t replicate it and we don’t have other users reporting the problem it’s really hard to even try to fix it. The odd part that we are in the same browser and it’s even more odd since below 960px there are only the styles for mobile menu. I’ll ask developers if they are able to replicate and in case I’ll notify.
