I get the following error on the websites front end on several pages:
Warning: imagejpeg(): gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error: in /wp-content/plugins/fresh-framework/framework/extern/freshizer/freshizer.phpon line 261
When I log into the wordpress account and go back to the websites front end, the entire layout is messed up – the logo in the header shows up 4 times next to each other, css is messed up – nothing is in its place. When I log out again, the website goes back to “normal” except for the error mentioned above and the content is no longer shown on the pages!

That´s my problem. The “Gallery” element only shows the options: Columns Grid & Slider. Only in element: Portfolio image works “mosaic” function… ? How could I build a image gallary from my media library with mosaic or masonry?

Almost there. In this particular case the “Columns Grid” is in fact the Masonry layout you are looking for I think. Please select at least 5 images via Loop tab there and it should be apparent on the front-end.

I have already sent you an e-mail with this issue 3 days ago and never got a response.
The theme worked fine and the website has been online for several months now without any problems until now! (so that’s why my support expired – but I never needed it!)

1. Updated to newest Ark version + Wordpress with Gutenberg, now when adding a page, if you say edit with FreshBuilder, the title for the page is NOT visible 2. If I create a new page and put in one of your pre-built elements for blog layout, it never works and shows a blank page or layout is wrong

1) We will be issuing an update for this, in the meantime you can always change the page title via Quick Edit on the list of all pages.
2) Its possible some pre-built blog layouts are configured to print only blog posts that have Featured Image so if all your posts do not have it then this may be the root of your issue. If that wont help, please open a ticket at http://support.freshface.net/ark-support/ with your wp-login and test page URL and we will inspect it for you.

is exactly matching to what you have in that Input element set as ID (under General tab). Space characters are important there too.
