That widget belongs to Wordpress, not Flatsome. Flatsome just re-styles it.
Can we download 3.8 (or 3.7.9 [if exists]) somewhere? 3.8.1 is having all sorts of AJAX issues.

Hi dear flatsome support, I bought a second license for flatsome and installed the newest version. In the backend – flatsome – advanced, I dont see “catalogue mode” anymore. Did you remove it or move this setting to another place?
I used the official “contact author” button on the support tab two days ago, no answer there yet as well unfortunately

Until now I did only get the answer “Thanks for reaching us. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could you enable twenty Seventeen theme. The default theme of WordPress. And try again” But how does this help, if I disable the flatsome theme I also disable the “advanced settings” and I can not see the catalogue modus at all ..
It is a great Plug-In but PLease employ more support staff! To wait days and days for an answer and then to wait again for such a, probably small issue, is really not very helpfull.

When trying to edit pages or UX block with the UX Builder the backend just goes completely black? The content in the UX blocks are visible on frontend, but when you’re logged in and see the content on frontend the blocks have no content – they’re just white boxes basically.
For some reason just this one site the favicon doesn’t show. I’ve cleared cache, reuploaded the icon in site identity like 4 times. everything has been cleared yet it still won’t show, even tried third party ways. I use this theme a lot however this is the only site this happens.. no idea why. https://pureumlawoffice.com/
Everything is also updated to latest versions, it displays in the backend but not the frontend. Thanks,

Hi. I bought this theme a long time wgo and soon i just started to use it. I inserted products into my shop https://hoose.ro/ with many product variables. Because of these variables, the website load is over 20 seconds. I tried with all catching plugins and tricks, but nothing seems to work when i click on a variable (from the top menu) to filter them, or when i add the product to cart. Can you please help me to fix this problem? I bought the theme and never asked for help.
I mention that i was trying with other themes and the load time is under one second. So the problem is from the theme.

I did, but i bought the theme long time ago so there is no support anymore. is asking me for money. Why would you ask me for money to fix a bug of your theme?

To be honest, it’s not a bug. A bug should be replicable. There are over 92K online shops use Flatsome without such performance issues.
Hi. With other themes is working just fine. with your theme, it doesn’t. Maybe you didn’t read correctly my problem and you didn’t checked with the site. it is because i inserted more than 30 variables. There are about 300 variables or so, for each product. If i create standard products, is working fine.
i deactivated all the plugins, to make sure that is not from plugins (except woocommerce) and the problem is still there. With all the plugins active and another theme, the load time is under 2 seconds.
I replied to your ticket and also wanted to answer here. It’s a bug and will be fixed in the next release of Flatsome.

UX Blocks is a Custom Post Type. It’s not possible without custom coding.

- Excerpts are limited for the Blog Posts element. It’s not possible to increase it without editing the core files.
- If you leave the Read More input box empty, it won’t be displayed.

You need to hide them via Custom CSS.

Hello there,
I would like to know if the theme has a product rating functionality or is this something that comes “prepacked” in Woocommerce? And can you moderate product ratings/reviews? Also, Does the theme have a product zoom function or must I use a plugin for this?
