Hello, why in job listing I only see “keyword” filter? How can I show the “Category” and especially “Location” filter? Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for writing in.

You need to install/activate Regions for WP Job Manager free 3rd party plugin → https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-job-manager-locations/ and then just go to Listings → Settings → navigate to Job Listings tab at the top → and then enable Search by Regions, like we did here → http://postimg.cc/4KP8sTDZ

Hi, i need to know grid vs masonry posts. I have two column, left side is content and right side is something else (let say events). In the content in the left column i want to show latest posts. I am trying to use Post Grid functions, but it always take all spaces – the right column will go down. I am only able to insert Post Masonry Grid – but then the posts height are not the same. Any idea?

Hello again,

Could you please share with us your site url here so we can take a closer look?

Hello – Are blog posts linked/tagged to a particular business listing? If so, can the blog posts for a listing be shown on the listing detail page? Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for taking interest in our theme!

Blog posts aren’t linked with listings, but you can add desired posts within any Listing item by using Elated Blog List shortcode → http://postimg.cc/mcwsfM1s

Thanks & Regards,
Elated

Hi – 1) can I add specific posts by post ID? 2) can I control the order (e.g. most recent first)? 3) how do the blog posts appear in the blog list?

Thanks

Hello again,

1. Such an option doesn’t exist within Elated Blog List shortcode settings, but you can try to achieve it by creating a new Blog Category and then assign all desired posts with that category → http://postimg.cc/BjDr0N4j After that just choose previously created category through Elated Blog List settings and all posts from that category will be showing within that Blog List. Screenshot → http://postimg.cc/hJ50vRSM

2. You can set desired order by within Elated Blog List settings → http://postimg.cc/Bt8VxNkX

3. You can go to our live demo page at → https://findme.elated-themes.com and then navigate to Blog menu item. For instance, you can see one of our blog templates here → https://findme.elated-themes.com/standard-right-sidebar/

Does this design use responsive design? Is this design compatible with yoast plugin? Can I have access to admin area of the demo version?

Hello,

Thank you for interesting in this theme!

1. All our themes are 100% responsive. If there’s some issue on Android or iOS, we’d like to know about that. So far, we didn’t have reported issues about responsiveness.

2. This theme is compatible with Yoast Seo plugin so we could suggest to try to use it for major optimization.

3. You can view the user dashboard with the following credentials (you can sign-in directly from the front-end) User: test Password: test

We can not share admin access for live demo, but if you contact us here support@elated-themes.com, we can send you some screenshots how this theme looks in the backend.

Thanks & Regards,

I did not understand exactly how it is with the price plan?

Im interested n your theme. 2 things: 1. I see your price plans include an amount of listings. But is it possible to have pay per listing? I need free listings – with less info displayed, and a paid listing that is listed with an image and more info showed. 2. Is it possible to organise the listings so the paid listings are placed above the free listings? Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for interesting in this theme!

1) You can create listing packages with price and there is option for limitation in number of listings.

2) No, featured listings aren’t related to search results. You can sort search results by Date, Name or Rating.

Difference is that for featured listing items, you can use Elated Featured Listing List, to display them on home page for example (like we did on our demo), or on some other page.

Please note that site admin set which listing items will be featured, not the users that submit them, so it’s not connected to chosen listing package.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi, we can’t get the address/map to show up on our listings. We have added the Google Maps API key in both Elated and Listing settings and we set out Google API key to include all Google Maps APIs but it’s still not showing the address and the map. Please advise.

Hello,

Please, note that you should also enable Places APi under your account like here https://www.screencast.com/t/s6RajvNipj We hope this will be enough.

Best, Elated

Hi, yes we have it enabled in our Dashboard as well. One of the sample listings have a map but it doesn’t work with the ones we created.

Hello,

We could also suggest to check this article https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10835 But if the issue persist, please, open a ticket at https://elated.ticksy.com/ and include your website URL with wp-admin access and our agent will investigate.

Hi – Could I create (without coding) a home page that is recent blog posts on the left and a map with listing markers on the right?

Hello,

Thank you for taking interest in our theme. For example on this page https://findme.elated-themes.com/map-home/ among all other elements are added Advanced Search https://www.screencast.com/t/5zLAevYzmB And Blog list shortcode https://www.screencast.com/t/EQpe6CWipO And it is possible to set these two shortcodes as two columns on a page. We hope this is what you’re looking for.

Best, Elated

Which one of those elements on the example page is the “advanced search”? Can you send screen shot?

Hi again,

On page we shared this area is Advanced Search element https://www.screencast.com/t/zmzc8EDfa And on this page is also represented this element https://findme.elated-themes.com/elements/listing-advanced-search/

What exactly does it take to get support for this theme? I’ve submitted a ticket for 2days and no response. I want to believe you could do better, I don’t want to start on my issue with this theme here. Anyways still patiently waiting…

Hello,

Sorry for waiting longer. We just checked and our ticket is answered. Please, check whole response on ticksy. We are doing our best to answer on all tickets within 24 hours.

Best, Elated

Hi, I don’t know the kind of business you run but really your support is horrible. It takes 5days or more to respond to ticket and no follow up, and I have to come up here to beg for help. I’ve purchased this theme for almost two weeks and I can’t use it. Please kindly refund my money. Thank you.

Hello again,

Sorry for the trouble. There were some issues with Ticksy recently, and since it is third party app that we use for providing support to our customers, we do not have control over it, still we apologize for inconvenience. However, now it is back to normal and our support agent has assigned it so you can expect answer there soon.

Usual response time is up to 24h but it might vary depending on number of tickets.

Hello. I have just renewed my support for FindMe theme (payed for extra 6 month). Opening a ticket on your system I get always that purchase code is expired. How can I open the ticket?

Solved. Now I got the access to your support.

Hello,

Theme is on the list of supported items, please take a look → http://postimg.cc/94Y5Ly90

Themes are not sorted alphabetically, so you can’t search your theme that way. Themes are sorted by original release date.

You should log out from your Themeforest account and try to Submit a ticket through incognito mode in browser.

There’s no need to log in to forum, just hit “Submit a ticket” button and enter your purchase code.

Thanks & Regards, Elated

Hi Author, First, let me say I really like this theme it looks simple, clean and beautiful almost the exact layout and features I have in mind for my next directory project. However, I’ve being reading some not so good comments about the theme, like it being unstable and difficult to work with and of course support issues. I’ve worked with several wp themes in the past and I believe I have required skill to work with most themes. While I don’t think this theme will be impossible to work with but if I come to that conclusion what’s your refund policy?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching us!

There’re different users with different levels of skills. Of course, some might find our theme difficult to work with, while others find it very intuitive and easy to set-up. Generally, our themes require 0 coding knowledge and, basically, if you don’t plan on extending theme functionalities beyond whats’s presented in live preview, you won’t have any problems whatsoever. In essence, you’ll usually start with demo import, so you don’t have to build anything from scratch.

When it comes to refund policy, it’s written by Envato and you can find it here – https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy

Your support forum is broken and gives an error when I’m trying to submit a ticket. I have addded my api key to the job manager and elated options, created a listing with a detailed address, but no map shows on the listing, also it’s not showing on the map of the listing archives. I have whitelisted my api key and have no errors in the console. What am I missing here?

Hello,

We see that you managed to submit a ticket #1997959 so we’ll forward it to our support team for some quicker reply. Thanks.

Hi there! I am very interesting for your theme. I want to build an accommodation directory, but I need to have a single booking request form for every accommodation with this fields : Full name, Check in day, Check out day, Email, Phone, Persons and comments.

After user sumbit the form, the listing owner must receive a message in his email.

Is that possible ?

Hello there,

Thank you for taking interest in our FindMe theme. If you want to edit this Contact The Property form you are able to do that with minor modification https://www.screencast.com/t/WdCYRW6LKw2f

Best, Elated

Perfect!

My last question is about the possibility of translating the content of the website into two or more languages with WPML

Is that possible ?

Thanks!

Yes, our theme is WPML compatible, so you could use it to create multi language website.

Hello, presale question : Is there any way to add coupon or deals to a listing page ? A % on a listing image like this : https://lisner.pebas.rs/explore-rio/ and the deal on the listing page like this : https://lisner.pebas.rs/listing/snaputo-caffe-pizzeria/

Hello,

Thank you for taking interest in our FindMe theme. There is no something like that included in WPJob manager plugin that we are using, but you could check if some of their offered extensions could fit your needs https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/

Best, Elated

do you provide other maps than Google map ? like OpenStreetMap or OSM or Leaflet maps which are not bound to costs… it’s time to give us the choice

Hello,

Thank you for taking interest in our theme!

Google Maps are by default integrated in all our themes, so we currently don’t have alternative. If you want to show your location only, you may as well embed Google Maps for free using Raw HTML element. Here’s how – https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/embed/start

Hello, I have a problem with the google maps feature. I created the Google API and entered the key on the site. My problem is that when I create a new place, I put his address, the card does not show it. thank you help me

Elated

you did not answer my messages.

Hi,

Sorry about that, something went wrong in the ticketing system. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Elated

Some features do not work properly. The issues raised by users are often the same. And the help center really does not help us.

When I bought this theme, I have encountered the same problem. I opened a ticket, but I do not think I received the solution, it’s the reason why I changed my wordpress theme.

Could you please, give my credentials to access my account on https://elated.ticksy.com. I’ve already opened an account and i would like to read the answer i received.

Since then, I have changed my domain name and email address
