Last time, i has activated my theme license, after that i import “novo-demo-dark.wpress” (The same domain) and try to activate but alway show message: Something wrong. Could you try register the purchase code later.

Ive bought this theme for my own personal portfoliowebsite (www.merijnhappel.com). I want to create a subdomain for my school projects and i also want to use this theme for that subdomain, schoolopdrachten.merijnhappel.com (A website is sometimes a part of a project, no commercial use).
Do i have to buy the theme for that subdomein? ive tried to upload the theme that ive originaly bought for the main site to the subdomain but i got the notification that i have to activate the theme. When i try to activate it with the purchase code it says that the code is already used on a different domein. Is there a possibility to use the theme that i bought on my own personal site and one or more subdomains without buying it again?

The plugins ‘Layerslider WP” and “WP Bakery Page Builder” remain needing updates after the last few updates to TheFox theme.
I’ve just upgraded to TheFox v3.6.8 and the following is shown in the Wordpress Updates;
> LayerSlider WP – You have version 6.7.6 installed. Update to 6.8.2 > WPBakery Page Builder – You have version 5.6 installed. Update to 5.7
Should these plugins have updated with version 3.6.8 of the theme?

Hello David,
Yes, you should be able to install theme from Appearance > Install plugins.
If you have updating the plugins from appearance > install plugins then you can go to Plugins, deactivate and then delete the plugins, then go to Appearance > Install plugins to install the newest version.

I followed the above instructions which did not work and I gave up, waiting for the next release of the theme. The current Plugins information shows; Layerslider v6.8.1 installed, Update available to v6.8.2
However, I have just tried to manually update again but the selection ‘Appearance > Install plugins” is no longer available from the sidebar?
Wordpress = v5.1.1 TheFox (child theme) = v1.50 TheFox = v3.6.9

This is really strange, if you delete the plugins to re-install them from the theme it will use the zip file you have in the server and if it is the latest version of the theme it should be the latest version of the plugin.

I have just upgraded the theme to 3.7.0 (Child theme = 1.50)
If I Deactivate the LayerSlider WP plugin, then Delete the LayerSlider WP, I can then see the ‘Appearance > Install Plugins’ sidebar menu selection. If I click on this, it shows that LayerSLider WP is a plugin that can be installed – but the versions shown are; Minimum required version = 6.8.1, Available version = 6.8.1
So if I install the (only) available version – shown as 6.8.1 – it installs OK, but then Wordpress informs that the LayerSlider plugin needs to be updated from 6.8.1 to 6.8.2
Are you sure the LayerSLider WP plugin supplied with the latest theme update is version 6.8.2?
If I download the .zip file from the includes folder in the theme (via FTP), extract the files and view the layerslider.php file contents, line 31 shows “define(‘LS_PLUGIN_VERSION’, ‘6.8.1’);” ????

We will check the latest version they have but they didn’t update the plugin since 7th march so that’s strange.
Except if they made a bump in the version number.
Our team will check that and if a new version is available the theme will be updated.

The built-in Twitter social media options that come with TheFox have completed loaded up the Options table within the mySQL database. Like 250,000 additional transient entries. What is the best way to delete these, and how do I keep these from populating again? Thanks!
