Hi We have built a real estate website on wp where we have imported listings with XML (with http://www.wpallimport.com/) We have imported them first as posts in worpdress then as products in woocommerce
Our goal is to display those properties (rent and sale) and we are the only “seller”. People will contact us directly.
1) can we use your plugin/themes with those properties as products in woocommerce ?
2) if not how should we import them ?
3) how to assign the different attributes (m2, price, swimming pool yes/no, garage yes/no……) that we have in the xml to your plugin and use them as filters?
4) if we want to have filters for all those attributes its possible ?
5) can we use wpml and have the website in 3 languages (English/French/Italian) ? (the xml we have is in those 3 languages)
6) I saw that we can switch between for rent/for sale and the url appear like this http://demo.g5plus.net/beyot/property/?status=for-rent Is there a way to have 2 real different urls? (much better for SEO) And can we customize the permalinks in this way ? (need for SEO too)
7) if we want to have custom home page or other pages , like a blog can we also use divi builder to manage the content ?
how many hours you think we need with the BEYOT template to be ready approximately ?

Woocommerce is different from Essential Real Estate plugin so you can’t use product Woocommerce as property in ERE. 2 We only import properties from the ERE plugin to other ERE plugin.3. It takes so much time to add other attributes so hope you understand 4. Our demo have had filter with that attributes: http://prntscr.com/njbkax 5. Our theme is compatible with WPMLplugin so you can create multilanguage website. 6 “For rent” and “For sale”are two tab in a page so you can’t change two different links in that tabs. Hi 1) ok 2) yes….but if I have an xml file with all the properties how can I import it ? the ERE plugin use a custom post type ??? if yes I could import the propoerties in this custom post tyle ? 3) so it means we cant ? 4) yes but my question is : if we have much more filters (number of rooms, swiming pool…..) can we add them to the search ? other points ok Thanks
Hi,1. we don’t encourage import from xml file because this can’t import all proterties, you can lose many field in import process. 3 Yes, it is. 4.If you add more filters youself, the search is built for the default fields so you need change core or you use customization service. In this section i want to modify some fields. i want to convert property title to dropdown instead of simple text.
2. Add or remove fields
I want to add/remove fields easily in submit property section. our main purpose is to keep things simple and user friendly. we don’t need too much fields in property submission section.

Hi, It is possible to upload multiple properties at once by importing data.However, your data file used for import must be exported from a website that also uses the Essential Real Estate plugin. If your data file is exported from another real estate plugin, this is not possible, because a real estate plugin has a different way of working and different data fields. Hope you understand. Which type of data and formats can I import? Do you have an csv importing option? I read ERE documentation, but there is no information about importing multiple properties at once. I clicked the import and export button on ERE tab but there is no documentation about it. Help please!

1-Do you mean I should upload property by property (Example I have 600 properties, I should upload 600 hundred properties one by one?).
2-The Essential Real Estate Plugin doesnt allow to upload multiple properties?
3-This Is the fist real estate site that my client have, so we are not importing any thing from another site, we are uploading from scratch. How can we upload multiple properties?
4-Can use some code under the site to build the database of properties? What can I do?
If we cant upload multiple properties, This theme doesnt make any sense, and need my money back. Its impossible that premium real estate plugin dont let bulk multiple properties uploads.

Because each property in Essential Real Estate have many fields so it can’t allow to upload multile properties even you want to import from excel file. Beside, we don’t talk any problem about importing or uploading multiple properties in theme description/ document. So hope you understand and thanks so much!

Hi, As I tried to explain to you in the previous message. If your data file is exported from a website also use Essential Real Estate Plugin -> I will give you details instructions on how to upload multiple properties at the same time. If your data file is exported from another real estate plugin, this is not possible, because each real estate plugin has a different way of working and different data fields, ERE it creates separate fields for storing data, other field names, other field sizes .. This is the same as when you use the Woocommerce plugin, you can’t import data from a site that is using another e-commerce plugin like the shopp plugin. Hop you understand that. Best regards!!!

I have a few issues, I hope you can help.
1. The Agent field with contact details and potentially a contact form is not showing on the property page; 2. How do I edit a contact form to look like yours, for instance on the contact page? 3. On the top bar, I set the left and right section, dragged on the widget area the elements (Login + Submit Property as in your demo), but they do not show up in line, rather they are one up and the other down, like a list…
