Updated to the latest version of the theme, since updating having an issue with the video box working. Click on play button, but video doesn’t appear, just the X to close the lgihtbox. Can you please (in a future update) solve this minor problem – for the Pagespeed score from GTmetrix to have ~ 100% score, can you please declare a resolution (make a field in the settings) for all the logos used? This way, the ’’Specify image dimensions / The following image(s) are missing width and/or height attributes’’ can be fully solved. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for this suggestion. When it comes to logo images, those should not be the problem, since logo images are usually small. All that you need to do is just to upload images that are twice bigger then the size you want to see in frontend, in order to cover retina devices. For example if logo image should be shown in height of 40px, just upload image that i 80px of height.

Hi there. I just had a quick question about updating/modifying files. I’m using a child theme for Bridge, but want to make specific edits to some of the files within the qode-news plugin (files like news-single.php, news-archive.php, etc.). Simply copying these files into my child theme’s directly doesn’t work. What should the proper path be for me to make any edits, and do I need to make edits to functions.php to get this to work properly?

It is happening because flex slider script that is used for this Testimonials carousel is not updated in Wpbakery page builder yet. So, you could downloaded latest flexslider script \jquery.flexslider-min.js and replace it here \wp-content\plugins\js_composer\assets\lib\bower\flexslider\jquery.flexslider-min.js https://www.screencast.com/t/9eV9fvaUt That should be helpful in order to fix this.

URGENT – Last update (18.0 til 18.0.8) broke our website : we’re having just the 1st levels menu item showing, no logo and no pages content and no footer anymore.. So we restored the 17 version and it’s working again. Please fix your updates asap Thanks

Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: - first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ - then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

Hi, You just need to remove link from this first link in first menu, because it has another action to open dropdown menu on hover https://www.screencast.com/t/y0swyp8Mjb and on touch devices, it will open it on click, but since you have link, it will open a link. So, just leave parent menu item without any link in this case.
