after your update to FA5 many issues with icons. now FA ask money for regular size icons, you gave users no choice to reject updating from FA4 to FA5. Why update anyway? so you can make money from affiliate commission? It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else.

This issue mostly occurs when the Theme crashes and Theme crashes because of many reasons, Some times server requirements not meet the Theme minimum requirements causes the Theme crash, So please make sure that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme minimum requirements as given in the Theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/requirements-for-theme/

Hello.. I just found a wierd issue in my site and also your demos.
If you visit any of your demo shops and then click add to cart on any product, then go to mini cart and click the X to remove the item from cart it does not work, you can not remove the item from mini cart.
Then if you now close the mini cart and click to quick view a product you get the following error: “The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.”
If you now empty browsers cache it all works normally again until you add a product to cart, then the quick view again shows the same error. Also again you can not empty mini cart.
PS… Very old issue is that you can not close mini cart in mobile view. You have to carefully click another area of the site to get it closed.

Yes, you are right this issue in only on the Demo site not in the latest theme. May be on the demo site there is some conflict in the JS code. Sorry to say but you have the same issue in your test site http://hubdatasolutions.com/pearl/porto/shop9/ – Just go to products archive pages / category pages and click on add to cart button. Then click on quick view button and you will find the same issues. Also you can not empty the mini cart so you have actually all the same issues in your test site. Tested from mobile and desktop, chrome, firefox and safari.
So the issue appear with the latest theme as i have tested my 4 installs and all have the same issue.
I forgot to mention that if you find that it works ok in your test site then just clear your browser cache and you will see the issue again. If you visit cart page and remove item from there you can go back to categories and see that everything works ok. BUT if you then clear browser cache the problem is back again.
You just have to deeper test your site, the issue still is there.
To further check this issue i found that when clicked X in mini cart i received a 403 error for admin-ajax.php. Normally it happens if there is a nonce problem.
I went to porto speed optimizer and deactivated the minification of css/js files but with no help.
I went into porto theme ”/wp-content/themes/porto/js/woocommerce-theme.js” and in line 446 i commented out the nonce ”//nonce: js_porto_vars.porto_nonce,” and now everything works perfect.
So you must fix the nonce which most probably get cached.

And The issue you were facing was because of the JS/CSS cache and minification, and for sure we will check it is deeper in future coming updates of the Theme so until that please be patience.

If you look at the above error you see the 403 which is related and to be found on both mini cart and quick view since v4.10
It is not enough to visit your site and click add to cart or quick view once, you have to test and test, empty browser cache and test again in an hour or five.
I have checked your test site from Iphone, desktop using firefoc, chrome and edge and from 3 different locations and the issue appear now and then.
I have reverted my client site back to v4.7.1 where it works as normal so it is not critical for me BUT still you have to fix these issues for all the customers facing it.
I have also checked more than 15 online websites using Porto and did find the same issue with 4 of these.
So please continue testing your site and your demos.

First of all please be patience, and I am sorry for the inconvenience, But as you have told me to test the theme, I have followed the same steps for testing the Theme on my test site and do not finds the issue, and already provided you the video as well, right.
And for your kind information, tested the Theme several times after removing the browser cache each time.
And If you are still facing the same issue then please make a small video clip of your issue and share it with us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details on which you are facing the issue so we will check and if finds the issue will also forward it to the development department.

How to change the license domain name?
A few months ago I bought your theme, and to test it, I used another site that stayed for a few days in the air. I would like to know how it works when the license was registered on a server / site for testing, but this license is for another server / site. I am trying to apply the license finally on the site, but WordPress returns “This code was already used in (otheservername.net)”. Thank you
