Very long support. Conversation started a week ago (March 28th) and no answer to the simple question of how to change the positioning of the text in a project. Simple question for simple function but that seems very complicated with this theme.

I really like the theme but I have some issues and I am hoping you can clear them out before I purchase:
1) For a portfolio item, is it possible to add videos along with pictures? 2) How easy is it to remove/change the info text heading like category, date in a portfolio item? 3) In a portfolio post, can I add a video below the image slider or maybe make the video the first item of the image slider? 4) If I understand this correctly, I can use any variant of home page with any variant of portfolio and blog, right?

If I buy this theme, how can I update the plugins you integrated in the theme? Will I get a license key to upgrade it in the next years. Otherwise this is a really bad security issue.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.
If the current plugin version is not included in item package, but some older one, theme author will provide updates to their users regardless of their support period, that means for lifetime.

Presale question: would it be possible to align the menu so that the logo is centered on the same level as the menu links. On one of the demos i saw the possibility for the logo to be above the general menu but not aligned within it.
So 3 menu items, the logo and 3 other menu items?

This is actually a list that leads to single portfolio page, so redirection is not a bug. Just like caption works on hover on desktop, it works on touch on mobile.

It’s not possible to create very same effect on mobile, so this layout is the best we could achieve on touch devices.

Ordering of these images is not wrong, the shortcode is written in this way intentionally, by the design. If you really don’t like it, we can help you modify this file a bit.

If you want to customize templates, codes, animations or anything that doesn’t have an option inside theme’s framework, it’s considered as custom coding task, which we don’t provide support for. Hi again. I think i misunderstand you how to use those animated lines. Now i see i can’t change animated object – there are always lines but in different combinations (patterns). I need to change lines to my own graphic. For eg: leaf.
