I looked at the link you provided above but I do not know how to make updates to the htaccess file. I already opened a ticket for this with your support. ( Private Ticket #1970285 ) Please fix my website ASAP as I cannot do any work on this while I am waiting.

The lastest theme update makes the qode slider disappear. It’s no longer in the admin and shows the actual shortcode code in the front end.

Hi, In fact, I do not have any problem with the icons, but with the shortcodes of the buttons. I had changed the colors in Qode options, and at each button creation I did not need to fill in the typo and background colors. Result, after the update, the typo is no longer displayed. Something appears to have broken with one of the recent theme updates. Woocommerce stylesheets stop loading on most pages, had to add the following custom code to child theme’s functions.php:

The WPBakery visual composer no longer works. it was integrated into the theme some time ago it worked, I can not change anything on my pages now, everything is changed is in code at the block level in the back office. How can I reactivate it? Do you have a direction to follow to give me to do it. Or a folder to install?

Hi, The Elision theme looks amazing.. Already using your bridge theme on my website but honestly its too many options and the QOcode slider and other QOcode are a real pain specially when you cannot delete them. The customization was limited and WP Bakery barely worked in Frontend. A lot of problems were faced in Bridge.

Could you please help in how is Elision any different

I just installed your most recent theme upgrade and it causes alot of problems. I don’t have support anymore, but I pass 6 months trying with you to fix everything, so I am not very happy with this. Is this mean that I will have to pay for support everytime something is wrong?

Hi guys, can you please make changes in the theme so that it doesn’t change files in the theme directory or plug-in directory? The theme variabel settings or things like variabel css should not be in these directories. This makes it very difficult to use GIT in a proper manor.

For now it would be nice if you could let us know which files can be changed within theme directory, so we can ignore them in GIT.
