I just installed wordpress and woocommerce my versions are 5.1.1 & 3.6 will this support or shall I do a fresh install for older versions this theme or let me know when you are going to publish your updates if it’s due in 1,2 days I can wait for it.

Flatsome v3.8.3 has been published. It supports the latest versions of Wordpress and Woocommerce.
I really like the “Banner Effects” like Snow, Sparkle, Confetti, etc (not Sliding Glass…you can get rid of that one). Do you guys intend on adding more to the dropdown in the near future?

I think it would nice if you would consider running a fixer-upper with Gravity Forms.
It’s looking a bit lost in theme CSS. My support is over, but the send buttons looks out of shape and maybe it has been a while since you looked into it.

It’s always better to make updates on the staging site first. I don’t think all Woocommerce related plugins have been updated yet.

After update to WC 3.6.0 and Flatsome 3.8.2 everything seems to be working fine, until I got to Checkout and click on Complete order, there I get Internal Server Error. When I roll back to 3.5.7 of WC everything works fine. I tried to disable any other plugin but seems like it is not from the plugins.

It’s not related to Flatsome. Please contact your host and ask them to check the error log to see what’s the issue. Internal server errors are logged on the server side.

When could we expect the next update? Fltasome v3.8.2 Galleries stopped working in products’ pages.

Do you mean the product thumbnails in single product pages? I’ve just checked and they’re working fine. Please try to purge caches. Also, deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce and check again.
Still the same issue even after updating the theme to 3.8.3. I deactivated the WPML plugin, and it’s been resolved but after reactivate the WPML plugins, the problem back. I understand that this issue maybe related to WPML, but everything was OK before updating the theme and WooCommerce plugin.
BTW, this issue is only happen with RTL language, but it’s working fine on the LTR language.

New Woocommerce templates are updated in Fltasome v3.8.2 and will be published soon. It’s better to wait for the theme update before updating Woocommerce next time.

Hi, URGENT – I sent in a support ticket on Sunday about product page load speeds of over 20 secs. If I purchase renewed support can I get this looked into asap?

Guys can you please let me know if you can fix this issue for me ? Otherwise I’ll have to rebuilt the site in a different theme. Everything works quickly and there are no errors when I switch my theme to WP’s Twenty Nineteen.

Is that possible to have the Flatsome>Theme Options>Shop>Product Catalog -> Enable % instead of “Sale!” option enabled?
Fixed! I disabled this option to show “Sale!” instead of the %discount and it’s working like how it used to. Brilliant. When will the next theme update to fix this bug? Thanks
