please check for the following at first.
1. Emails are not in the spam folder of your inbox.
2. The email in the form settings is correct.
3. You don’t run an outdated PHP version on your server.
4. Your provider is supporting the PHP mail() function. ( Hosting resellers often don’t allow this function to cut costs. )
5. You don’t try to send the email to the same domain the form is hosted on. ( Example: tonymixtapeclub.com to email@tonymixtapeclub.com )

the problem is that your system sends the email to itself / same IP what is causing an error.
There are 2 ways to get this sorted.
1. Change Email Routing to Remote Mail Exchanger.
2. Setup a Gmail account to redirect the emails back to the same domain / IP.

Assign Front Page After you have imported the demo content you have to assign the imported page as front page.
Select the Settings panel, then Reading.
Set the Front page displays setting to A static page (select below).
Select your one click imported page or manually imported page as Front Page.
Don’t forget to save your changes.
Forms Setup After you have successfully imported the demo content you should set up the forms correctly.
Below you find a guide to setup the basics for subscription and contact form.
Subscribe Form Select the Page panel, then start editing your imported demo page.
Make sure the editing mode is set to Visual Composer Backend Editor.

the documentation is local therefore it is not possible that the images are missing or displayed incorrectly. They are stored directly in the image folder.
I assume that your browser has an issue with the images that stored locally.
Could you check the browser’s debug console for errors? Unfortunately, it is impossible to do this step from my side because the documentation is stored locally on your pc.
How do you try to view the documentation? ( Browser, Operating System, Screen Resolution )

Hi Lara, It working now. It was the browser. FIREFOX > There is a second problem that came up, When i input a YouTube video and I turn on ” Play sound from youtube video ” , I then update save and The video Freezes and does not play.

you have to extend your support license for any support related inquiries.
But because there is no in WordPress theme option and I don’t want you to trick you in buying a support license I will say that there is no such option.
Only via modification of a javascript file, you can change the speed.
The only way would be to modify it via javascript but for advanced guidance, you need a support license.

unfortunately, this is not possible.
Every section is standalone and only on mobile, the second and third section will be automatically merged together by javascript to improve usability.

There’s a slight problem with the email subscription form – whenever an email is used twice (in the testing of the website) an error occurs. There’s nothing on the backend for me to see a list of subscribers so that I can clean up the subscription list and when an email is deleted from the mailchip list that the form connects to, it is not deleted from the plugin. That means that there will be a bunch of emails saved in the DB with no way for me to clean the DB up.

you can’t cleanup MailChimp in the WordPress admin dashboard.
You have to login inside your MailChimp account to clean up your subscribers.
The error always occurs when an already in the MailChimp DB registered email is entered. MailChimp doesn’t allow the same email twice in there DB.

I just purchased the theme I am using your gravity elements contact form and using almost the exact set up as your demo. However, no emails are being sent from the contact form (it’s not working). I am using an SMTP server that is not embedded in wordpress and all email coming from my site go to that SMTP server, but your contact form is not working with it.

Therefore you don’t get the e-mail.

this is not a plugin you can’t work with 2 themes on 1 WordPress installation.
We always recommend working like the professionals with 2 WordPress installations.
This is a much safer way of working on your new website because if something fails the main page will stay online.

this is currently not possible with the theme options.
But you can change the color with the following css code.

}
You just have to modify the rgb values.

you can use the plugins with other themes. It will be fully functional.
But if you use it with other themes you have to buy an additional license for your theme or you would break the license agreement.
