We provide free version of Elementor in the theme package. If you want to use the Elementor Pro, it needs to be purchased separately. But it’s not necessary as Jupiter X provides exclusive Raven plugin that has great capabilities extending Elementor power even more. Also there is other premium plugin bundled in the theme exclusively built to enrich the Elementor plugin – JetElements plugin http://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/jetelements/what-is-jetelements .

Hello, pre-sale question here for setting up a woocommerce shop.
1) Does this theme come with the option to have quickview when I click on a product image in a woocommerce shop?
2) Are there hover options when hovering over product image on the main shop page? (for example secondary product image, product name/price/details, add to cart buttons, etc on hover?)

1. Unfortunately there is no quick view option for the products. You can try a 3rd-party plugin to get such feature.
2. With JupiterX you’ll have this default layout for products https://jupiterx.artbees.net/shopping/default-layout/ , or you’ll be able to create your template with JetWooBuilder plugin https://jetwoobuilder.zemez.io/shop/?jet_woo_builder_archive_template=5074&jet_woo_builder_shop_template=5089&jet_woo_builder_post_per_page=9 , which is bundled in the theme and can be installed via JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins.

Only one builder is used in JupiterX theme. It’s Elementor. Hi, I am trying to create a new custom header via elementor. When I go to click a template “type” there is no “header” option. Only “section” and “page”. Also there doesn’t seem to be any pre-made templates that I can find.

Are you using Elementor free version that is bundled in the theme or you bought a Pro version. If you have a Pro version, you can create a header template in Theme Builder menu. Please check. Thank you.

No, you don’t need a Pro version. Seems you didn’t install Raven plugin that is required for JupiterX. Please install it via JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. When Raven is installed, you’ll be able to create header/footer templates.
You can have Animated Box using JetElements plugin https://jupiterx.artbees.net/elements/animated-box/ . It’s bundled in the theme and can be installed via JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. Thank you.

I turned on SVG support in the theme options in Jupiter 6.1.6. But after doing so it is not allowed to upload SVG images because of »security reasons«. I want to upload an SVG logo. What can I do?

Another user asked this but I don’t think the answer was covered. In the Raven Contact From, I need to have the email being sent include the sender’s email in the “Reply to” cell. How do I pass that variable that the user enters into form into the “Reply to” cell versus typing a specific email there? Your article that you link to the reply earlier didn’t explain how to do this.

Do you mean you want to reply to the sender’s email when it’s sent via the Raven Contact Form? If so, you need leave Reply-To field empty, the reply will be sent to a sender. You can change it and add other email addresses in Cc and Bcc fields. Or enter an email address to which you can send a reply when the message is received. Thank you.
I may not be explaining this clearly. If a person uses the raven form, say their email is: ‘guest@guesturl.com’, and they enter their information and send the form to me, when I receive the email, I want the “reply to” in the email I receive to be ‘guest@guesturl.com’. In contact form 7 I would just put the variable for the user’s email in the “reply to” cell in the message. If I leave ‘reply to’ blank on the raven form, there is no “reply to” email listed in the email I receive. Is there code for the variable that is the user’s email that can go in the ‘reply to’ cell so that this works?

When I select a portfolio filter, only the images linked to the filter appear, but when I scroll them in preview, all the photos that scroll (including those of other categories / filters). How to view only images linked to a filterable category in the portfolio?

Your theme version is too old and a lot of changes were made to the shortcodes. So after theme update, you may have to recreate some pages. Product category pages use default Woocommerce template and you can’t edit it with WPBakery. As a workaround, you can create a custom page and show products from a category using Product Loop element in WPBakery editor. Thank you.

Mine already can hide the title and cta button (with transparency) but it should hover one by one to show and hide them.

I am trying to build a site with dynamic / conditional menus. (displaying different menus or hiding/displaying menu items based on url/page etc.)
Currently the menu selector built in to JupiterX does not accomodate conditional menu plugins and elementors conditional displaying conflicts witht he themes.

Are you using Elementor Pro to set conditions? It’s not recommended to use this option as there are some conflicts with JupiterX. Please read the Warning section in this article https://help.artbees.net/header/creating-a-custom-header-in-jupiter-x-using-elementor .
To resolve your issue, you need create different headers with different menus and set the header template for a specific page. Please refer to this article: https://help.artbees.net/header/assigning-a-custom-header-to-a-specific-page .

Thank you for your response but I think I couldnt explain the issue correctly.
I am not using Elementor Pro conditions and I managed to fix the header footer issues by not using any Raven elements on these designs and utilizing Jupiter X only to manage headers.
But now that JupiterX is managing the headers, I cannot display different menus on different pages on my website. Customization screen has a slot for one header and a sticky option. I want to display different Headers or Menus, whichever is possible, in different URLs. I am aware I can do it one by one for every Page, but I am looking for a custom general rule setting that will go forward without assigning one by one. Is it possible? I am looking for Dynamic or conditional placement.

I’m sorry, but there is no such possibility. You can assign different header only by editing each page and set the header template in the Post Options section > Header.
