Since the new Wordpress update my content and content blocks in the Content Builder disappear forever when I try to edit it. How can I fix this?

The process of creation Website takes very long (due to various reasons), and now we are finally finishing it. However, due to long period we loose right for Support (it takes more then 6 Month).
Now, we have a problem because it seems impossible to translate some things in theme (I have translated a bunch of theme in past, and I know how po/mo files works and where I have to put them), but in this case it doesn’t work, so I need some help.
Is it possible to help me by email (can’t create Support ticket, because have no right to Support anymore, as I described above)?

Is there a tutorial video or anything that shows you how to edit this theme?

So far support has answered my questions, but recently I tried adding an accordion and it wouldn’t let me unless I disabled the “content builder”.

Once I disabled it and was able to add the accordion with my text in it, I went to other pages to edit and all the elements of the page were gone! 3 of the pages I built I has no access to anymore!! I have spent sooo much time trying to understand how to edit every single thing! there has to be a more consistent way to edit this theme.

If not, I believe I am still able to get refunded.

I can help finding workaround without disabling Content Builder. But I tried to login using given WordPress account. It doesn’t work.

Disabling that feature just made the other pages break. I spent so much time editing those. I want a refund. I can send you screenshots of how they look now

I bought this theme a couple of years ago and I have up to date, but now the Page Editor is not working. Just I can edit with the traditional edit and there is a lot of things missing.

Hi, I love the theme. But I have a problem with the contact form. After uploading the po and mo files into the language folder from the theme and The Custom Post Type Plugin, the contact form name, email, message is still in english. What else do I have to translate? Thanks a lot for your answer!

Hi, thanks you for your answer. My support is expired, because your theme works so well. It would be great, if you could give me a hint. Translating the contact form into another language shouldn’t be a big deal for which you need support. All other words/messages are now in german including the message you can see after sending a message with the contact form. Thanks for your help!

Could you please try to use LocoTranslate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

to translate all theme and plugin strings. It should be easier and correct way to translate.
