Hi, After I’ve made some changes in customizer (woocommerce settings – colors etc) now I could only load backend. Frontend don’t works at all, page is still loading… When I change theme to standard one – everything works fine. I’ve tried to turn off plugins one by one but only disabling jupiterX helps me to open frontend… Elementor works fine with “twenty nineteen” and other themes but not with JupiterX, I have to disable both JupiterX and Jupiter child theme… Every one plugin and theme, wp and wc is up to date.
EDIT. I’ve tried to change theme back from Twenty Nineteen” to JupiterX and now both frontend and backend dont work. On Twenty Ninetheen everything works fine. Please let me know how to proceed…

Actually it’s not recommended to download the theme from 3rd-party sources. Our theme is provided on ThemeForest and you should buy it only from this site. Your theme version is too old and when upgrading to Jupiter X, you’ll need to re-create all pages from scratch as there is a new page builder Elementor instead of Visual Composer.
If you still want to use Visual Composer editor, you can update the theme to 6.1.6 version, but you should note, that some shortcodes were modified there and you’ll have to re-create some pages to get new shortcodes, for example, where Page Section was used on the pages.

In Jupiter X there is no such feature, but will be added in future. As a workaround, you can create custom pages for you post categories and display the posts via Raven Posts element in Elementor and add these pages to your menu. Thank you for understanding.
is it possible to use the Jet Mega Menu inside a custom header? I can only seem to make it work the with header type set as Default (not custom)

If you use Jupiter 6 version, “quick view” option is available in Product Loop element in WPBakery Page Builder, it’s not added in default Woocommerce settings and unfortunately it’s not available in JupiterX theme. Thank you for understanding.

In the new Elementor version, they changed the settings and now you can create header in Templates > Saved Templates. Please refer to this article: https://help.artbees.net/header/creating-a-custom-header-in-jupiter-x-using-elementor .
You can create such header with Elementor. Also we have bundled the plugin Jet Menu which helps you to create a custom menu http://jetmenu.zemez.io/ . The plugin can be installed via JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. Thank you.

I’m a developer working on https://... a licensee of jupiterX v 1.3.0 and when I activate elementor pro the site goes all wonky, loses fonts etc.

Did you develop the site on localhost at first? What theme version are you using: Jupiter 6 or Jupiter X? If it’s JupiterX, try to export Customizer settings with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/customizer-export-import/ and import them to your site on the server. Thank you.

I have a pre-sales question please. I’m very used to WP Bakery builder, and I see Jupiter X has both Elementor and WP Bakery (?). Is it a choice of switching on and deciding which one to use? A choice of using both together somehow?
I’d hate to buy it, discover I can’t deal with Elementor and be stuck with it..?!

Jupiter X uses only Elementor editor, but we include 2 Jupiter versions in one ThemeForest package: Jupiter X and Jupiter 6. Jupiter 6 uses WPBakery editor. There is no Catalog Mode option. If you don’t want to show price and Add to Cart button, you can disable them in JupiterX > Customize > Shop > Product List and Product Page sections. Just uncheck the items you want to hide. Thank you.

I’ve added a menu, but it doesn’t seem to show. I checked the source and it doesn’t seem to be there at all. I’ve tried a bunch of troubleshooting to see if I could get it working:
- Activating 2019 theme – the menu shows. - I activated the parent Jupiter theme, no luck. - Tried adding a different menu and setting it to primary, no luck. - Disabled all plugins, no luck. - Of course, clearing theme cache + incognito.
Is this a known bug? Any idea why this might be happening / how to fix?

As I see you are using full screen menu on your site. Beside assigning the menu to Primary, you need also assign it to “Full Screen Navigation” in Appearance > Menus. Then check your site. Thank you.

Do you mean you wanted to buy WordPress? Sorry but it’s a bit unclear. Our Jupiter theme was created for WordPress platform and before installing the theme, you must install WordPress which is for free. My site has been broken for weeks now, I’ve put in support they’ve half assed the whole thing. My client is pissed, and frankly I am trying very hard to like Jupiter X but it’s been a love hate relationship.
I’m told the elementor pro is the problem but if it’s a problem why offer it with this theme? I have to disable about half the widgets for my site to be edited which is a great work around until you realize half the widgets I have to shut off I was using.
I’m at my wits end, from my favorite theme to the theme that gets clients yelling at me.
Also my SEO has been affected, I’m aware the low text to html ratio is not a huge factor but this whole system is bloated.
